- King Room with Mountain View room was spacious and luxurious. - Many amenity kits. - Food was great. - Some staffs are very helpful.

- No welcome drink during the check-in. - The check-in process seemed rushed. - No information about the pet policy on Booking.com. You need to search on your own. - Charge 10,000 JPY for a pet.

Fantastic rooms and quality throughout the property. Great staff and food at multiple outlets and restaurants, Onsens, a fantastic pool. Ski valet and ski rental/shop on site.

The Lounge is now a mandatory buffet for a lunch which is a disappointment for us in comparison to the previous year when it was more casual and flexible with kids to drop by utilising the ski in/ski out attraction of the hotel.

Everything was great, like really excellent and wonderful, except the hotel communication prior arrival, takes them ages to reply to emails or no reply at all. But everything was sorted upon arrival. Stuff at points a bit slow and lost, but very sweet. Most of the hotels have the same issues, unfortunately, difficult to find street smart and fast people.

No major dislikes, everything was great

Room is spacious, stylish, has 2 full baths, and is suitable for up to 4 persons. But because this isn’t made clear in booking.com, my party of 2 booked 2 rooms (1 +1) when one room would have been enough. When we checked in, the hotel was not aware that we had 2 rooms booked, so gave us only one. I had to ask for the 2nd room later after a couple of hours. Restaurant staff pleasant, friendly.

Restaurants are always crowded. There are not that many rooms in the hotel, so the rest must be in a hotel condo? Restaurant food not that good. Heating/ cooling hard to control, always too hot or cold.

The hotel is ski-in ski-out with all the facilities: swimming pool, onsen, spa, ski-store, several restaurants. The hotel is very big with vey high ceilings but they managed to keep a warm atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay .

Communication is a real problem, pre-arrival and on-site as well. You need to book restaurants months in advance in high season.

wide range of great restaurant choices make the stay pleasant and comfortable.

really bad concierge service experience ever. After booked and been confirmed for the hotel bus pick service, I wrote 3 email to book my return because i wasn't getting any response. After arriving at hotel, the staff checked with me in person that there was no reservation and no explanation of the situation. Hopefully there was still a place available.

Amazing hotel. The rooms are spacious and super well equipped. Having a chromecast and a Bose speaker is a nice add! The staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is quite quiet during off season, which is quite relaxing, perfect for us. The breakfast is amazing, with an impressive variety of products available. The sushi restaurant is epic. The spa is really nice as well. Epic experience.

Off season visit, and so great. It is a palatial wonder. Have stayed in the best 5 stars and this place totally wins. Super kid friendly. The breakfast is so extensive you’ll be full all day.

It would be nice if we didn’t have to pay for the gondola up the mountain every time. But honestly this place was so awesome, I want to move in.

the breakfast was good, for first timer you might be loss at where is the location of the restaurant. we went there for ski, so the location was perfect. Just a bit far off from the center of the town.

some signs to show where is the restaurant would be good. Menu for all the restaurant can be more convenient instead of just going find the menu, booking for the restaurant can be more convenient

Beautiful, great service and dining options including evening music entertainer at the Lounge and the best breakfast spread.

A bit of effort cross terrain to get to the gondola, especially if one is on the Hotel side. Inconvenience of accessing Hirafu town, should have more frequent than hourly shuttles during popular periods.
