Motorcycle friendly accommodation in Niseko with off street parking. Very friendly helpful staff. Large, clean, quiet room. It has an Onsen and Spa. I would stay here again.

I very much enjoyed my short stay but the restaurant was not open for diner and there was no bar. Staff were helpful and made restaurant and bar recommendations so not a big issue. Less options in summer than winter high season. Breakfast was Japanese option on,y - no western option.

kitchen had no basic condiments like salt and pepper.no fault of aya but I believe it was low season as a lot of restaurants we wanted to go to were closed.

Great location, directly at the road but quite room. Was greeted at the entrance, directed to a roofed reserved parking 🅿️, perfect. They directly inquired about help for my luggage, superb. Check in a breeze ( didn’t received an invoice though 🤔), all info ℹ️ at hand. Very interesting room, atelier named, huge bed, plenty of storage, good bath /shower unit. Nice towels 😉enough amenities. Complimentary water & a cute little welcome box with assorted pound cakes, yummy 😋 Left shortly and when I came back, same parking 🅿️ the GM came over & we had a great chat, amazing hospitality. Made a reservation for their Spa, best decision.Their staff made sure I am relaxed and enjoyed the session. Rounded it off with their private Onsen offer. Quite night, received again help with my luggage, check out smooth.

Excellent hotel, great value in summer ! Loved the size and convenience of the studio, perfect for two adults, one teenager and a toddler. Highlights : - lots of storage room for luggage - being able to make my own espressos - the onsen and sauna, so relaxing at the end of a day spent walking, rafting, etc.

The on-site restaurant was closed during summer - it was fine though as we had been advised and there are plenty of options around (the kitchen offers a lot of possibilities tooas it’s very well equipped).

Friendly and helpful hotel staff who could converse in English and Chinese. Free reserved parking for hotel guest. Convenient store nearby. Complementary private onsen available for hotel guests. Nice spread for the breakfast buffet.

Nearest petrol station is 10 mins drive away. Thankfully the helpful hotel staff were able to provide us with the address so we could get there fairly easily.

Great Mountain View from the living room. Great kitchen facilities for those who plan to do light cooking. Washing machine and dryer are available in the room for those who need to do laundry

Nothing really but would suggest the property to include English operating manual for all kitchen appliances, washing machine & dryer for foreign tourists who can not read Japanese manual

A beautiful spacious room with a huge bed. Beautiful location. They provided a buzz of little cakes in the room. Had lots of facilities that unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of due to a really short stay. Staff organised a free early morning transfer(6am) to the Kutchan train station.

Even though we didn't use it, the private bath was 3000yen/hour which seems expensive.

Breakfast is so so but decent.. Rooms with Mountain View are superb.. facilities also are very clean and maintained.. extra shuttle service given to us to go to Milk Kobo

The location, the onsen, and the helpful staff were great! We also used the laundry room and gym, which were perfect. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay.

Loved this hotel and the place was exceptional, only small issue was the air con temperature which is centrally controlled. It was quite warm in our room.

The room is very spacious & kitchen well equipped

Have a very big pot but not a small pot. Should have more Asian tv channels. Japanese tv channels have no English subtitles
