The studio apartment we stayed in is spacious, well equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and a simple cooking hob - ideal for families or those staying for an extended period. We have stayed here numerous times both in summer and winter and it is our go-to place in Niseko.

The hotel is located in the Annupuri side of Niseko, about a 20 minute drive from both Niseko town (and the nearest train station and convenience store) and Hirafu (the 'center' of Niseko as a winter ski resort). You really need a car in both summer and winter to get around. Also dinner is not provided and in summer especially many of the nearby small cafes and restaurants are closed. So you would need to either bring your own food or be prepared to drive a bit for your evening meal.

The rooms were spacious and private, breakfast offering was great and diverse, the onsens are amazing and have both indoor and outdoor baths. The massages were very relaxing. The hotel offers shuttle buses each day to and from popular ski and town locations. Ski hire can be booked through the hotel and delivered to the hotel ski lockers which made things a lot easier.

The shuttle bus timetable was confusing at first, it would have been great to have had more times available in the schedule aswell, particularly returns in the afternoon. There are no shops around the hotel and no nearby restaurants deliver so we were abit stuck with dining at the hotel restaurant which was expensive or eating noodle cups from the small hotel shop. We suggest buying groceries on the way to the accomodation before checking in or hiring a car to get around easily.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is still awesome. Rooms are a very good size and have good facilities. Excellent Onsen. Get breakfast included because the breakfast is very good and worth the extra money. Walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to Moiwa snow area. Has a courtesy shuttle bus to Niseko resorts. We had to eat in the hotel restaurant on a couple of nights and the meals were much less expensive than you would expect.

Only a 7:30pm shuttle bus back to hotel from Niseko each night which was a little limiting. On our previous stay they had a 9:30pm shuttle as well.

The room was very spacious and also had a kitchen with many appliances. Especially if you are staying for a longer ski holiday, it's nice to have the ability to cook at your hotel room so you don't need to eat out everyday. The fridge in the room was also large! The onsen in the hotel were amazing. Real onsen water from the natural hot water springs which is good for your skin and a great way to relax after a long day of skiing is to soak in the hot bath for a while. There is one inside and one outside bath. Only one of the onsen has a sauna but they switch the men and women section daily so we all got the chance to take a sauna too. It would have been perfect if both onsen had a sauna, but it's only a small detail. The breakfast was delicious and a lot: normally it is a buffet style breakfast, but due to Covid it became a set breakfast. You could order extra bread, drinks, soup, cornflakes etc. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant Tura one night and it was superb. We had the course dinner for 4,200 yen which was a good price for the quality. We really liked the location, but we did rent a car. The hotel is a bit on the side so if you depend on public transport you will need to leave the ski resort early to get to the bus stop on time.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel was that is was too hot inside. They turn the thermostat up to 27 degrees celsius or more which was a bit too hot for me personally. But some people might like that.

It's great that they had massage services and a free onsen, the latter of which we were able to enjoy for every night of our stay. They also have a restaurant option on the top floor, but unfortunately we didn't get to try it since it was fully booked. Rooms are quite sizable and good for a group of friends or family. Decent lounge in the entrance lobby too.

The location of the hotel is farther than the other options from the big four ski resorts. Although there is a free shuttle service, the time slots are quite limited. The room designs also seemed old and in need of an upgrade. Lastly, when we checked in our rooms, there was still some trash left in some cabinets.

It is very spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. It has both the tatami area and the normal beds, it is a good experience of traditional Japanese hotel. The onsen was great! Customer service is great, staff can speak English. Free parking is available. Suitable for those that drives instead of taking public transport, as it is far from the restaurants and train stations. Good value for money with the size of the room!

The sulfur smell is quite strong, but you will get used to it once you are inside for a little while. It means the onsen was with real hot spring!

The room we booked was very spacious and clean. All the essential items were provided and we also had our towels changed daily. Onsen was also tattoo friendly so it helped a lot.

It’s not the resort’s fault as we understand it’s hard to get staff and also food ingredients in this season however a little more food option would have been ideal. In saying that we had no trouble getting on the shuttle bus to go elsewhere for food.

Our room was fantastic, very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great and I was perfectly happy with everything about the hotel.

The skiing side of the holiday was a little less successful but that was purely because the hotel's location is not within any of the Niseko areas. There is a shuttle bus service which does link with all the ski slopes which helps make up for this but you don't get the immediate access of some other resorts.

Accessible. Good value for money. Nice Onsen and sauna

I saw the notice in the elevator about a shortage of water supply but didn't take it seriously... until there was a night when the water supply actually got cut off, leaving us with no cold water for a shower. However, it was back to normal in a few hours. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay. Just be patient when there is no running water...

1) Quite secluded location away from the main road. 2) With own Onsen which is for me, very good because I can wind down after a long day outside. plus the fact that the bathroom is very small to begin with. 3) Staffs were trying hard to explain everything to you, but could do better in attending to the needs of exhausted travellers. 4) our room was spacious - we came in a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) - with a queen sized bed, 2 tatami style bed and one sofa bed.

1) Quite far away from Hirafu but near Moiwa ski resort. I went to Hirafu ski areas so it took about 15-20 minutes. 2) the room was warm and to some extent stuffy … the thermostat was quite hard and confusing to fiddle with.
