Breakfast - Minimal but delicious Room - Big, Western Standard Size for 2 Bedroom, Kitchen is fully stocked, Dish Soap and Laundry Detergent are provided. Location - Is good for Skiing/Winter Activities Staff - Very Friendly.

Location - Far from Center, About 15 Minutes by Shuttle (Free), No restaurants on-site. You will walk 20-30 minutes to go to Hirafu Welcome Center (Not Recommended for Winter because the sidewalks are covered with snow and ice). We spent 3000 to 3,500 Yen for 1 Taxi (Oneway) from Hirafu Welcome Center to the hotel. Shuttle - Infrequent. There is no shuttle during lunch times - only 2-3 in the Morning and 4 in the Afternoon (starts at 4 pm). Inconvenient schedule, they don't come at every hour. Sometimes every 1.5 hours (excluding lunch time) Restaurants/Convenience Store - None

Our one bedroom suite was very large and had nice finishings. It was great to have a kitchen for making breakfast/having snacks, it had everything we needed but only 3 sets of plates/bowls/cups etc. The bathroom was nice and the on-site onsen was very clean. The ski valet was also convenient.

The property is ski in/ski out but you have to take a few lifts (magic carpet + gondola) to get to a main area. It's nice to be away from the crowds but requires taking a bus to Grand Hirafu for most dining, which requires a 10 min walk down a hill to most restaurants.

The staff were amazing, the room was glorious, spacious with everything you need for a great time at the snow and able to cater for a family. The washing machine was excellent and the provided laundry detergent an added benefit. The onsen experience was relaxed and the ski valet brilliant. Close to the carpet for quick access to the slopes.

The logistics of getting out of the hotel were a little isolating, a shuttle bus that comes every hour... And trying to book a taxi 2 hours in advance but zero availability. It wasn't until the last day we figured out how to navigate the slopes to get to Niseko Yo. The bistro food was a little undesirable. The price for what you were getting wasn't aligned. Bring your own staple itens if you can, or you can order a grocery shop on simples items for a delivery fee of ~$40

Rooms were awesome, super comfy, great bathroom, great kitchen and loved the washer/dryer Ski-in / Ski-out valet service was phenomenal. Ultra convenient and equipment can even be returned here (no need to go back to equipment shop!) Overall, would definitely stay here again! (Just use the in-room kitchen instead of buffet breakfast)

Breakfast was underwhelming. Expected more of a traditional western buffet but was disappointed with the offerings. There was not even basics like fruits etc Also order in items were not good, Japanese items were so-so and western items like burger and pizza were truly terrible On-site onsen is not so great, but you can go to neighboring GreenLeaf for fantastic outdoor onsen for free. Wish it was onsite, but at least it's an option

The room was huge especially after all the regular hotels we stayed at in Japan which are very small and cramped. We came here to snowboard and it was perfect because we could just go downstairs to rent our gear and get started boarding straight out of the door. After we finished snowboarding I went straight into the onsen which was very relaxing.

We expected pyjamas and slippers in our room to comfortably go downstairs to the onsen etc. as we have experienced with other Japanese accommodations however there were none.

Our apartment was modern, spacious and located in a quieter area of Niseko. Saying this it was conveniently close to ski lifts (ski in/ski out) and restaurants. The kitchen in the apartment is large enough to prepare a meal. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The restaurant at the property could serve a better variety of evening meals.

The hotel has huge rooms with full kitchen and other facilities including washing machines and dishwasher. The ski in and out route and magic carpet are the best. We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The room is spacious and comfortable

The Onsen is too small. The hotel should do something on the way from the hotel to the car park. The road is very slippery. Perhaps a plastic mat will do.
