I loved the amenities, convenience & the kindness of all the staff & I do mean ALL the staff. We had interactions with front desk, housekeeping & restaurant staff & they were all super professional & treated us with well. They seemed genuinely happy to have us as their guest. I can’t say enough about the amenities & comfort of the room. It has everything one needs for an overnight stay or a 14 night stay as in our case. We used this hotel as our main hub & traveled all over Japan from there. The Yodoyabashi transit station is just a few blocks away. We liked the pillows. We tried to purchase a new one to bring home with us but no one knew if that was a possibility. I couldn’t figure out the brand. Hopefully I’ll be able to find one someday.

Our only slight is that the bed was too firm…this is a very personal preference. The bed was comfortable.

The staff was very thoughtful, I sent some of my luggage ahead of time by Takyubin and they held it for me for over a week and also lent me their cart to move the bags up to my room. They mentioned some construction happening close to the hotel, but aside from the view, I would not hear a sound, so this was a very happy surprise. The space is a bit narrow, it is good enough for one person, but more could be uncomfortable, but I believe this is the standard for Japan. The hotel is well located, very close to the Kitahama subway station, and a walking distance from the Yodoyabashi station, which is quite central and very convenient for visiting other places in Osaka.

I believe the hotel could adopt more sustainable practices. For example, adding the option of not wanting new towels and utilities, which were added to a plastic bag and left by the door even if you ask for no cleaning service.

Another APA Hotel that didn’t disappoint at all! Great location, one stop away from Umeda station (it is a little far walk - about 10 min). Family mart is right at the back of the hotel if you need anything. the staff was super nice and friendly, very professional! The nice lady at the front desk helped us out and filled out all the forms to ship our suitcases back to Tokyo to the next hotel we are staying in. The room itself was super nice! It was very big and clean. The bathroom was extremely huge for the typical Japanese bathroom. I think we had a double room delux or something. Highly recommend staying! They also have us a nice gift when we checked in!

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, some speak good english, those who don't will try very best to communicate with you, using their translation device.I borrowed an umbrella and lost it but they said it's okay and didn't require me to do anything. The room offers any amenity you'd ask for but small, however it's not a place I spent time chilling a lot so it was not a problem for me. There are a few Lawson, FamilyMart nearby and 2 train lines in walking distance, Midosuji and Sakatsuji. So getting around is easy.

Sometimes the desk light and bed lamp were blinking for a short period.

Pretty accurate and good service. Big pack of disposable/temporary things like napkins, toothpaste or slippers updates every day. Yukata and leather slippers includes. Many additional services like laundry or spa (for additional price). Drinkable water. Fridge, air conditioner. Two metro stations and convinient store nearby. Also, with panel beneath the bed, you can control light in different parts of the room, such as entrance, bath, main room and night light.

Bed ate at least all space in the room. There is no smoking room.

Great location, helpful and polite staff, good facilities such as coin laundry and microwave, room looked new and bright/well lit. Good internet connection.

Room was a little bit dusty. There seemed to be a lot of dust in the hotel air, perhaps due to nearby construction. Could not switch room AC from heating to cooling. Most of the time it was set to cooling as I wanted but for a few days in a row it changed to heating and I had to open my window to stay cool.

Fantastic hotel, 5 minutes walk from Kitahama Metro station. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. The staff are very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I really felt at home :) I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Osaka.

- Location - Value for money - Comfortable - Quiet - Large TV - Customer Service. And this last point can’t be stated enough. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. Staff were very patient & incredibly helpful to me (the foreigner that can’t speak the language).

- This isn’t a complaint but be aware that the rooms are small compared to what people might be used to in Australia or the US for instance. This is just how it is in most Japanese hotels.

Clean, great location near subway and convenience stores, great amenities. Room is small BUT that is expected in a large Japanese city, and it is well designed to maximize space. Good for business travellers.

The fragrance used in the lobby is too strong. Also they played classical music in the lobby which was a little too loud. Other than that, the hotel is great.

We know in advance that the room is small, so considering the fact that we weren't surprised, it was good value for money. A few min walk from two metro stations and with two convenient stores nearby. It was also very clean and tidy.

We are a couple of relatively tall people, so the small toilet room was difficult...
