Due to an unforeseen change in our flight plus a 2 hour delay we had to alter our stay in Osaka from 2 days to 1. The hotel accepted this request for change even though they didn't have to. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and equipped with all commodoties. The view from the room is excellent looking over Osaka. In fact the only room with a (decent) view during our entire trip. The hotel is easily reachable by public transport. When arriving in Osaka via JR/bullet train you can simply board the main metro line and +/- 10 -15 minutes later you'll be checking in at the hotel lobby. The same metro line will take you deeper into Osaka city afterwards.

The hotel lobby is not on the ground floor and it took us a while to realise this and find the entrance.

Beautiful lobby, excellent (attentive) and nice staff, very good cleaning service, and very good view from the room. Large room with comfortable bed and very comfortable pillows. Great set up in room with TV that connects to apps like YouTube and Netflix (you’ll need to connect your own subscription account for Netflix).

Not much of a complaint but the property is ~7 minute walk to station, you’ll need to take train (2 stops) to Dontonbori or Osaka city.

Everything was perfect: The customer service, since the hotel was booked via Booking.com, the excellent breakfast with a variety of fruits, fresh breads and pastries, omelettes and the attention of the chef with our little one! The room was very spacious, clean, with a beautiful city view! The location was also great, so close to the train stations and tourist spots. Our stay was exceptional!

Great location, only 2 stops away from Namba and Dotonburi by metro. Rooms were very clean and somewhat spacious. Rooms are cleaned daily and bottled water given daily as well. Room had a great view even on the lowest floors (this is because the hotel starts on floor 15, floors below are offices). The hotel lobby is on floor 15 and has a separate set of elevators to get to the room floors.

The hotel is located 2min away from subway which is very practical. The breakfast was great! There is an option of freshly made fluffy omlette or sunny side eggs at the breakfast buffet which was my favorite part. Also, if you are travelling between cities, the front desk staff can arange sending your luggage to your next hotel, for what I’m very thankful - it made this trip much more convenient. The hotel also have four running washing machines for additional fee, that came quite in handy since we stayed here for one week. You can also iron your clothes in your room. On top of that, if you are travelling in Autumn, the Midosuji Avenue is illuminated during this season and you will have the most stunning view from your hotel room.

Nothing- everything was exepctional.

Comfortable room, excellent location, staff very professional and wonderful executive lounge with lovely inclusions. Luggage transfer easy. Close to train stations for transport around the city. Breakfast is fresh and tasty.

No variation to breakfast or daily lounge menu. Was informed that there would be potential for upgrade of room at reception when arrived but then strictly told at reception that no free upgrades are ever given. No onsen or public bathing facilities. Gym very small, and uncomfortable. Needs larger laundry or more of them given machines always busy and a lot of guests using small number of machines. Ideally one present on the executive level.

View over the city centre, as promised, with good soundproofing (managing to be quiet despite its central location). Walking distance to Yodoyabashi and Hommachi metro stations (the former well connected to Kyoto, for example), as well as Nakanoshima Island. Bed linen and pyjamas were the best we've had in a long time - very comfortable. Sleek, modern design from the lobby and throughout the hotel. Efficient and professional room cleaning & general service (helping to wipe down our rain-soaked luggage on arrival, unprompted, was a nice gesture). Enjoyable breakfast selection, particularly the omelette station.

Separate lifts to reach the hotel from the ground floor of the building, and then to access your room from the hotel lobby (the hotel's own lifts having a speedy express mode was appreciated though). Room size was on the small side, including the bath tub, but this is not unusual for a city centre hotel in large Japanese cities.

The staff at the hotel are all our polite. The rooms are very clean, and there is daily housekeeping. The hotel breakfast is also of a reasonable standard. The location is very accessible as it is within walking distance to two metro stations. We enjoyed our 5 nights stay at the hotel very much, and will definitely choose this hotel again when we are back in Osaka!

Hotel breakfast is of reasonable standard, but the range of food for each day is the same. We paid for 6 breakfast, but in the end only went for three, as the food selection is the same everyday.

The hotel stands in the main metro (underground/subway) line of Osaka, but a between two of its stations: you need to walk a block or so to enter the subway. But this is easy and good for resting as the hotel is not NEXT to the main Osaka atractions. That subway line takes you directly to the main Osaka atractions without needing to change lines. Breakfast was very good, and catered well to our western taste, as well as allowing us to try some asian (Japanese?) alternatives. The room was warm, clean, well maintained/new, and we had comfortable nights. We were lucky enough to stay on the top floor and the view of Osaka was magnificent! Both the building lobby and the hotel lobby are very spacious, which wasn't common in other hotels we stayed in, in Japan. We would definitiely come back!

This hotel's lobby is not on the ground floor, which is unexpected, but we've seen this with other hotels in Japan. You take an elevator from the building's lobby to the hotel lobby (this seems to be an office building), and from there you take a different elevator to the rooms. Easy to do, but unexpected as we hadn't seen it before coming to Japan.

Had the best time staying at The Royal Park. The executive king corner room was insanely big, and had everything we could want in there. Originally we booked on the standard floors but decided to upgrade to executive, and I'm so glad we did. Every night we had pre dinner nibbles and drinks at the executive lounge before heading back out to see Osaka and it was such a nice spot. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The bed was gigantic, and the bath had an amazing view which was great to relax the muscles after all the walking every day.
