Location is very nice, near the kitahama station with elevator access if coming from airport with luggage very nice exit, near also yodabayashi station which is near to umeda and namba. Near to good coffee shops. 30 mins walk to osaka castle and 30 mins walk to dotonbori. Near to different convenient stores - 711, lawson, family mart. Also near grocery stores. The bed is nice and comfortable. No need to buy water, you can drink the water from faucet. Water is filtered. They Coin laundry. Very quiet at night and you can definitely have a good sleep. Their shampoo, conditioner and body soaps are very nice. Too need to buy or bring it.

Rooms are small, fit for 2 persons only. Do not bring too much or big luggages as you will be challenge how you will fit those. We only have 2 medium luggages and it is enough for the space so we can move around. Lights used in the rooms were too yellow. Other than that, everything is fine for my liking. I enjoyed sleeping here.

Staff : Staff is very helpful during check in and check out process. They also very helpful when we ask them whether we can send luggage from hotel (while they cannot ship from hotel directly because we need advance payment, but they help us direct to nearest convenience mart that can accept luggage transport) Location : Very strategic, nearest station is around 500 meter, convenience mart is around 200 meter. Facility : They provide coin laundry in the hotel so if you need to wash your clothes then you can it while you stay in the hotel. Room : Comfortable and clean, while it's not really big it still worth the money.

The entire establishment was very clean. The towels and the sheets, brilliant white. The breakfast buffet was not as good as the one at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kyoto-Kiyomizu Gojo. But nothing that we can complain about. Still keeping it in what we liked.

The check in was extremely torturous. It took 30 to 45 minute for completing the procedure. The rooms are excruciatingly small and NOT SUITABLE for any kind of bags. There is no space for second person to get on or get off the bed. We had booked six rooms, double occupancy and traveling all way from India for 17 days in Japan, we had two bags in each room. It was terrible.

The room was tiny but perfectly sufficient for a single traveler. It had a fridge, an electric kettle, downstairs you could choose cosmetics/slippers/PJs. For breakfast there was a selection of Japanese foods, and was delicious. The hotel is located in a quiet street, it is easy to walk around the city from there - or take any of the three subway lines. Very convenient. Several (few) staff spoke English.

There was a prominent stain on my duvet cover and it left me wondering whether it was washed (otherwise everything was very clean).

This hotel is great. It is situated perfectly between Yodoyabashi and Kitahama Stations. The rooms have a fantastic nook for luggage which made all the difference. The bed was so soft compared to other hotels I've stayed at. No wasted amenities - they're all available in the lobby on an as needed basis. Three large elevators meant we never had a long wait to get back our room!

Some parts of our room could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival (I ended up wiping down some of the walls myself). The laundry room has multiple machines but they all are terrible at drying.

The location is fantastic: central enough to be close and because it's mostly filled with businesses, you're not going to be swamped with other tourists and there are some good food spots around that only locals frequent. The hotel offers plenty of bits for you to take so that you don't have to pack every tiny thing: razor blades, toothbrushes, mini pouches with some toiletries, there are even slippers and pyjama sets that you can take. The staff are very friendly and the newly installed self-check in and check-out machine makes things very easy on arrival and departure.

There isn't anything that I disliked. I have stayed at this hotel before and have been to Japan several times already, so I knew what to expect. If this is your first time, expect the room to be quite narrow (not necessarily small, just narrow, a big suitcase might require some fiddling to store). And if you like tea, you'll probably be better off bringing your own or getting it elsewhere as the free tea available from reception is pretty mediocre.

The hotel is very conveniently located between 2 metro lines and you can get to Osaka station or Dotonbori in 15 minutes. We had the ensuite room, which was very reasonably priced and had 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and had two pillows. There was a fridge in the room and a large tv. Breakfast was pretty diverse and tasty. There were A LOT of free ammenities, including bath salts, tooth brushes, several types of tea/coffee and even complimentary pyjamas. Staff was friendly and spoke some English.

For a more fancy hotel, I kinda hoped we would get toilet paper that is not 1-ply. But it seems to be the norm in Japan, so what can you do. The hotel is in a business area, which means it can get busy around rush hour

The location is great for getting around Osaka, right by the Kitahama station (exit 6). The neighborhood is calm with lots of restaurants close by, and close to Namba and Dotonbori, Osaka Castle, Umeda etc. Our room was quite high up (floor 12) with nice views of the area. The room, albeit quite small (typical for Japan), had everything we needed, and plenty of amenities were offered (electric kettle, fridge, pajamas, toothbrush, shaver, brush, etc). The breakfast buffet is nice but felt a tad limited, e.g. the breads were packed and not fresh, there was no tea at breakfast, and only jam and/or honey to put on the yoghurt - we would have loved some granola or fruits.

The room was exactly as described. Check-in and out were via machine, so it was easy. Free amenities in the lobby included the usual toiletries and tea as well as bath salts and hair straighteners. Our bed was very comfortable- it was a proper mattress and not a futon, which was perfect. We used the kettle and mugs in our room to make tea in the mornings, which was nice, and had the mini fridge for snacks. We also had one soft pillow and one firm pillow. The blankets were warm so I just used the top sheet. The window also had one sheer curtain and one blackout curtain, so we could choose the morning light level. We just looked out over more buildings, so there was no street noise. It was very quiet inside as well. The hotel is near 2 subway stations and a few buses, so transit was easy around the city. There's also a few convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and izakayas nearby.

The room was VERY tight! We barely had room to walk in our room, and could not open both suitcases at the same time. One had to go on the bed to open it. If we wanted to sleep or open the doors (main and bathroom), we had to pack up our suitcases. There was no storage space, so we had to unpack and repack every night. The tiny desk counter got cluttered very quickly. It was a little annoying...
