Very good value for money. Totally met my expectations for a single traveler. Clean and tidy, small quaint room suitable for 1 person. My room would be a little crowded for 2 people with lots of luggage but was perfect for me. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel all in abundance amongst other amenities. There was even a half-size bathtub. Eco-friendly so you can hang a sign to indicate no cleaning needed that day, but even then they would provide you with fresh towels and toothbrush. No breakfast which was good for me - I was going to dine out anyway. Staff were very helpful and polite and spoke good English, and responded promptly to my request via Booking.com which answered my question. All in all a great stay!

It's a business hotel so of course cannot expect the location to be as convenient as the tourist hotels right in heart of Namba. That's really the only major downside. The Sakuragawa metro station is just 3 minutes' walk away though. The longer stroll to Namba is also pleasant in good weather. Some ambulance sirens going on throughout - maybe because there's a hospital nearby? I'm a deep sleeper so it didn't bother me much but just take note.

Links Namba is amazing to stay. The staff is very friendly and professional. The location might not be the best for family trip traveler who has kids, but it's just fine for people who are traveling in a small group and don't mind to take some walk when exploring the city. For me, the location is quite acceptable, about 7 minutes walk to the closest subway and about 5 minutes the JR Namba station.

Would be better if there's breakfast included, but not really necessary.

Clean, comfortable, super friendly and helpful staff, 5 minutes from JR-Namba station, 15 minutes from Namba subways and 10-15 minutes from dotonbori area by foot. Nice quiet little area, with a couple of food options nearby. I can recommend the Korean restaurant just down the road. Staff spoke great English also and always greeted with a nice smile :)

The room was spacious. The room I stayed in is easily the most memorable hotel room in terms of space I stayed in during my japan trip. Beds were comfortable and easy to sleep on. Bathroom was the perfect size. Not too big yet not too small.

Great location - short walk to JR Namba station. Staff: communicates very well. Cleanliness: superb. Facilities: all needs are met. Toiletries provided are from a good and reliable brand. Comfort: superb.

Very close to the Osaka underground and also a nice walk to Namba. I only stayed for a night, but the check-in was super quick, the room very clean, bed comfortable and amenities nice 👍 air conditioning also optimal. Great value
