The property was clean and felt like an airbnb. The owners were outside when we arrived and helped guide us in a smooth check in. I was expecting to self check-in on my own. But the lady at the front desk insisted she wanted to help and used an English translator. The room was exceptional! The amount of space the room provided allowed the whole family to be able to breathe fresh air. In other hotels we stayed in, we were squished in a ~250 sq ft room for three people. And we the shower, bathroom, and sink were all separate.

I have nothing to complain about the property. It isn’t as close to Dotonbori but that’s okay. We got to explore other restaurants in that area.

Clean apartment had a small fridge and a microwave. The shower, toilet, and sink with lighted mirror were all separated, so it's easy for multiple people to get ready for the day. Liked the terrace, but wish there had been a couple chairs. Easy walk to Dotonbori. There was an elevator to our fifth floor apartment. Lockbox access was easy.

No chairs on the balcony. The room had three beds, but we'd have been better served with two beds and a table and chairs, but you can't please everyone with this.

Fantastic location. Perfectly suited a family of five for one night. Happy to have all the amenities we needed. They even had amenity kits that had hair ties which came in CLUTCH when it was so hot. Bonus refrigerator, too.

Room was packed in. Not a lot of walking space around beds, etc. However, it was just one night so it was perfectly fine.

Fit in everything we needed in a small space- sleeping for our family of six, washing machine, shower and bath, small kitchen area for eating. Close to train stations and convenience stores. Nice safe quiet area. Easy access to room. Good communication via message.

Pillows were very big and firm. Maybe Japanese style? A bit uncomfortable for us.

Location was great for our family. Close enough to shopping and Facilites, without the hustle and bustle of the city.

There were no coffee cups or utensils that we could find.

The location was ideal since it is near the bus station where the airport limousine bus operates. The room is also spacious compared to most properties around this area. Lastly, although the front desk is not 24/7, the staff was able to accommodate our luggage storage a few minutes before it opened.

Location was fantastic and very easy to get to trains. Large room that suited the family.

Had a washing machine but no clothes rack to dry

It was lovely and very kind of the owner to leave toothbrushes, toothbrushes and hairbrushes for us. Thank you

Just a wee bit too far out of the busy area

Great Location right near Dotonburi. Nice view from floor to ceiling windows on the riverside apartment. Was a tight fit for our family of five but manageable. We would definitely stay here again

I am satisfied with all of the equipment of the room and also like the river view we saw outside through the window.

It would be better if the window of the room could change so that people passed by river wouldn't see inside the room.
