The hotel is very well situated within Namba. It's just a bridge across from Dotonbori. Also it is in the middle of two stations, Namba-Osaka and Kintetsu Nippombashi linked by underground walkway. If you are an Otaku, you can literally walk to Nipponbashi Denden town during the cool autumn period.

The noise at night might affect light sleepers, especially during the weekends. One may hear people singing karaoke, shouting or even laughling loudly. There are quite a number of seedy establishments around the hotel.

The hotel was very nice. I like the light wood furnishing is what caught my attention when I was looking around for a place to stay. The bed had plenty of space. The bathrooms seem to the the standard bathrooms you get at most hotels in that price range. Over all I didn't have any issues for a 2 night stay. I think you get exactly what you paid for. The location is very convenient. Just walk about a minute north and you are near the start of Dotonbori and so Shinsaibashi shopping area is within walking distance. You can also walk to Nipponbashi/Denden town fairly reasonably. For other locations that require the train like Osaka Castle, Shinsekai, etc. Nippombashi and Namba station is about a 5-8 minute walk or so. I booked with the breakfast option. They do not skimp on the meals and I think is a great value compared to finding a breakfast spot. You get the choice of Japanese or western style meal. I don't know if they have a vegetarian option for those that are wondering. The drinks bar (non alcoholic) was also a very nice touch. Although, I didn't use it much except for during breakfast, I saw plenty of people grab drinks back to their room. Really convenient if you don't want to make tea or coffee in your room.

The upside of the convenient location is that it is also very close to a popular tourist area, meaning it can get noisy up until midnight or the early morning. It's not a fault of the hotel and not really an issue for me since I brought earplugs. If you are someone who gets waken up easily, perhaps invest in so good ear plugs and you should be good.

The rooms are pretty spacious and you’re in a prime location. There will always be something to do, see, or eat nearby. The staff were very attentive and were eager to help. We arrived and there was an odd smell coming from the bathroom drain, we informed them and they immediately had someone come and take care of it. The lounge area on the second floor is very nice. Very nice being able to have free coffee in the morning. There is a coin laundry on site. With about four washers and dryers. We never had to wait around for one to become available. You can even get change on site too should you need it for laundry.

The only complaint I have is that the blinds don’t fully close. So we were often awaken at around 5:30AM by the sun. I suggest coming with an eye mask. If you are traveling with a mobile disability, this may not be the hotel for you. The hotel only has one elevator that services all 8 floors. There are signs advising people to use the stairs if they’re in a hurry or to plan ahead for check out due to there being only ONE elevator. There is a mini step to get into the bathroom area. Very easy to fall and one would need assistance going to the bathroom.

The location is amazing! Smacked dap in the mist of dotonbori. The room isn't the biggest but the furniture is easily movable so you can make more room. The bathrooms were nice and clean ,I liked that the tub can basically overflow, which is great for baths after a long day of exploring. Just a few feet away from the train station. They always replish waters, and there's also a self-serve drinking machine at the lobby free for guests. The staff were kind enough to hold our bags at checkout as we waited for our bullet train time. Would definitely stay here again!

We did find some strands of hair from the cleaners, but it wasn't a big deal. Also, their baggage deliver rates were the most expensive out of all the other places we stayed, so keep that in mind.

The rooms were very clean and comfy. Both breakfast options were nice and convenient and the staff very nice and helpful. The humidifier in the room really helped. The location was perfect and very convenient. There were many available amenities. The free drinks in the lounge were a really nice touch. For three nights this was the perfect hotel.

The arrangement of the room was so that there wasn't really a space beside the bed to open the suitcases. The windows couldn't be opened, which is common in Japanese hotels but breathing only a/c air for multiple days just isn't something we enjoy. At night it wasn't very quiet but we knew this beforehand and it is due to the location of the hotel, so it didn't bother us.

Room was really nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size for Japan. Staff were nice. Breakfast staff were great and very accommodating for vegetarians. I love that there was no breakfast buffet and just a set spread prepared for you (Japanese or Western) as it ensures there's a lot less wastage. Location was great. It's a bit of a seedy area so maybe not good for a family. The communal area was generous and there are free beverages.

It was pretty noisy, particularly on the weekends. I was often woken up in the early hours of the morning by rowdy people that were still out at 4-5 am. Check out time of 10am is a little early and 11am would be better. They also charge extra for early checkin

The room was big enough for the two of us, great shower over the bath and a seat for those who find it difficult sitting on the bed. Great laundry with detergent provided. Although I loved the breakfast, the salad, the butter and bean paste, little scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, after three days I needed variety. The bread is very sweet for my Australian taste and the slices too thick. Lovely service, felt very welcome and enjoyed the tea and hit drink variety.

Pillows were a little hard.

I booked three different room types and they were all very spacious for one person. The location was excellent, I was surrounded by everything and easy to access to stations, family mart is nearby and many good restaurants around. I had problems during my stay and the staff were very attentive and solved my problems right away.

I wish they could set up the bed every day but they only do it on the fourth day. Overall, I was happy with everything, just want the hotel to come in and tidy up more.

From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with amazingly friendly staff. In addition, the hotel is extremely clean, with rooms that are adequately equipped with all the necessary amenities. Plus, the location is FANTASTIC, a short walk to nearby subway stations as well as places of interests like Dotonbori. I will definitely choose to stay here again!

The rooms are a little small so if you are to carry a big luggage, you might struggle to find a spot to open it.

Staff are excellent. Very friendly, helpful, and eager to help with whatever you ask for. The location is as perfect as you could ask for, as it is right inside the Namba food mall, while maintaining the class and appearance as you would expect from a quality hotel. The hotel is about 50 metres away from the train station exit (B26). Room size is larger than the average Tokyo hotel room for two people. Also, there are ample washing machines on level 3 for those who have run out of clean underwear. We have travelled to Osaka a number of times now, and this hotel has now become our "go to" for our future stays in Osaka.

Basic cutlery, like tea spoons, should be included in the rooms. It is a minor inconvenience for those people who prefer to use or make their own coffee in their rooms. This is a very minor thing, as there is a refreshment area and vending machines available to help those who need their caffeine fix.
