The hotel is very close to Dotonbori, which I really liked. I booked a room for three person, and it exceeded my expectations. It is clean and spacious, with the amenities that we needed during our whole stay in Osaka. The hotel provides free water, toiletries, yukata and there is coin laundry at the 1st floor.

No issues noted, my group has no complaints with the hotel as they have provided us with the amenities and assistance we needed during our stay.

This hotel is cheap and in the middle of Namba area with shopping, restaurant etc. Great location. The hotel is efficient, everything works and is amazing for the small room.

The location is hard to find, you need to go from the main big road in an street like an arcade overcovered and then to the second street to the left. Taxi can not come there. We had some problem finding it, because we had no data on our phone but two nice Japanese girls helped us.

The hotel was just right for the price I paid. The best thing about this hotel was its location. Shopping, restaurants & stores were just few steps away. The room was surprisingly very clean and comfortable! The size of the room was just right for a solo traveller like me. It is near a popular Japanese alley in Namba (Hozenji Alley). Since you are nearby if you stay here, don't forget to splash water and make a wish at the "mossy" figure of the Hozenji Temple.

It was however a little difficult locating the hotel via Google map because what was pinned will direct you at the back of the hotel. There was a couple of tourist who were seem lost also when they arrived at where the Google Map has pinned it. I know it because when I finally got to the hotel, I saw this same couple checking in (thus, they too figured out that it was the back of the hotel where Google Map directed them).

cleanliness. Staffs are soooo nice! At the heart of Dotonbori. Near train stations. One train ride from Kansai airport. Really convenient to stay here. I love the sorroundings being busy with people and food. No doubt will be booking from this hotel again on our next visit to Osaka.

Room is a little small (only for Asian size like me) but with the price it is still considered a perfect place for me.

Stayed here for 6 nights in a double room. Amazing location if you're wanting to explore Dotonbori and nearby areas, whilst still being very near Namba station. Friendly and helpful staff, and the room was was clean and with a very comfy bed. There are laundry facilities. The room was a decent site considering you're at a budget hotel in Japan. Amazing view too!

The wifi was functional but somewhat slow, so you may struggle if you want to download or stream a lot. You'll get a lot of noise from the nightlife on the streets - even on a high floor as I was - but I couldn't fault the hotel itself for that, given the location, and I didn't personally have too much trouble sleeping. The bathroom was a little dated but functional but at 5'9" I found the shower quite short and needed to stoop.

Great location - it's literally inside the Dotonburi area. Excellent location if you're looking to eat, drink, shop and explore the area. There's no curfew cos you can tap your way back to the hotel anytime. Very lively area. The deluxe room we booked was surprisingly big - after staying in a few business hotels - this was the largest one we got. So we were pleasantly surprised. We had 3 persons but the room we got had 4 beds. Non-smoking room. Always make sure to indicate non-smoking if you're not a smoker. Laundry facilities available.

The area can be a bit noisy in the wee hours - sounded like the neighbouring shops/stores either closing very late or opening very early. Also, I received a "scam" message to verify my credit card through the Booking.com app from this hotel. Thankfully, I did not respond. The hotel then sent a followup email to say to ignore it. Another friend also had the same experience. So just be aware.

Location was very good. Izakayas, restos and shopping literary 1 minute away . Our room was a bit bigger than most rooms having 4 singles beds. Bathroom was bigger too. Staff was exceptional, very accomodating.

There is an 'old smell' to the hotel since it's a bit old No microwave and complimentary water bottles in the room There are no key cards for the rooms, they give you one key per room which is a hassle because someone who has it has always to be the first at the hotel room so everyone can come in There was a window but no view because it was blocked

Hotel is located in a quiet street near Dotonbori. Might be a bit difficult to locate for the first time but once you find it, you will know the way after that.

Need to leave the room between 10am to 3pm, otherwise room will not be cleaned and towels won't be changed.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was good since it’s accessible to different areas of Osaka. Very convenient as well since it’s close to the metro station. There’s a lot of things you can do around the hotel and you can easily explore Dotonbori. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable as well. They also have a good wifi connectivity. Overall, my family had a great stay at Business Inn Sennichimae Hotel and will definitely come back.

The Hotel is very close to Dotonbori (5 mins walk) and aside from that its surrounded by various stores and restaurants which gives you more option. Finding the Hotel was very easy as well, from Namba you can transfer to Nippombashi Station which is 1 station away, take exit 5 when you have luggage or exit 2 and from there its just a 3 minute walk to the Hotel. The Hotel staff are very accommodating and would give them a overall rating of 10.
