It says it is a 3-star hotel but definitely offered at least 4+ quality with how staff are, facilities, breakfast and location. Breakfast was fantastic, staff were very kind and helpful, location the best - very near Midosuji street that is the main street running through the city, that leads to main attractions. Crysta underground shopping area, Senba shopping mall just 5-10 mins walk away. Shinsaibashi shopping arcade, Dotombori (restaurants, street food and shops), Amerikamura (hip area with second hand shops) are about 15-20 mins walk away. Close (5-10 mins) to Honmachi metro station. Very central and lovely hotel. We stayed in another hotel in Osaka previously and werent happy so we took a chance on Prezio, it was a much better stay. Great food options at breakfast, free amenities at the lobby, washing machines and kitchenette with microwave on 5th floor. It was a very clean hotel and our room was also very clean. Very calm room, wonderful bed (it was such a good and comfortable bed after walking 20-25K per day) and AC worked the best out of all hotels we stayed so far in Japan. Room cleaning staff were the best. Definitely worth every penny, recommending this lovely hotel.

Whether you’re in the mood for some retail therapy or want to explore the local cuisine, everything you need is just a short stroll away. One of the highlights of my stay was the comfort of the bed and pillows. I had some of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever had while traveling, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was well-appointed with all the amenities you could ask for, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. Overall, my experience at the Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio Osaka Shinsaibashi was outstanding. It’s a fantastic choice for anyone looking to stay in Osaka, offering a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the city.

New hotel, everything is still new. Modern comfort room with complete facilities. Large bathroom which is very rare! The best of all hotels we stayed in Japan. Great breakfast! We would love to stay more nights just for the food. Wasmachines at 5th and 9th floor with real time status! Our kids liked the shaved ice in the lobby. List of recommended nearby restaurants! Not far from metro station.

Although not far from metro station, but it was just too hot to walk in the hot summer.

Every single thing!!! Besides: they have an excellent washing machine, that follows you up about the progress, and I liked the chromecast option on the TV. It located in a perfect location, close to the restaurant, street food , train station, great mall, etc. the service desk were SO nice, and full filled all my needs.

The hotel is new and modern, the room was relatively big in comparison to other hotels. I liked the bathroom which was a normal one and not the tiny pre-fabricated modules you find in other hotels. I really liked the breakfast as I like to try local food.

There is a bit of a walk to the metro station but not too much. Depends on the luggage you have.

Excellent location and very comfortable hotel. Perfect to enjoy the city centre and walk around. Plenty of choices for food and drinks, the neighbourhood has a cool vibe. Highly recommended.

The air conditioning is cumbersome to setup but with a translation app you can manage.

This hotel was very conveniently located for activities and had so many restaurants around it. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

The room was a little plain and small, but that really wasn’t an issue.

Everything, from the check- in process to the check- out. Everything was a very high level of service, comfort, cleanliness, breakfast was the best thing you can experience if you coming from abroad. Laundry self service- very easy, accessible.
