Very good staff, Very good housekeeping with high level of hygienic & good breakfast

my room is 630, which directly below the fitness center, noise of keeping the fitness equipment in the floor which affect directly in my room Also the metro noise little high, need anti-noise windows glass's

ONE THING I WOULD LIKE THEM TO IMPROVE ON IS BY PUTTING MICROWAVES IN EVERY ROOM. I KNOW THEY MIGHT HAVE NOT KEPT IT FOR SOME SAFETY REASONS BUT STILL ITS HANDY AND QUICK IF THERE IS A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM. REST EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

The food was absolutely amazing. We had another stay in a fancier hotel in Dubai and the food wasn't as close as what Holiday Inn Al Barsha made. A lot of options and well done.

The worst part was that our room was really humid and if I had to stay longer I would have requested to change room. I could smell molds in there and this was very bad. However, I believe that the rest of the hotel since pretty good. I think it was just that room.

Holiday Inn Al Barsha is an absolute jewel . It serves tourists as well as business with equal ease. We were upgraded to their "club suite" ( thank you Romaine in front office ) and it had all amenities that a family of 4 will need . We stayed for 6 nights with several aspects of this hotel shining through. Take for eg - plush yet firm king size bed - gave us a sound sleep after long hours visiting dubais' famed family attractions in hot summer ( we visited in mid july) or the workplace within club suite ( appreciative of the number of plug points - especially adaptors if you are coming from asia / uk) or the well appointed bathroom with large tub and shower . Everything was kept squeaky clean and great attention was paid to sanitize ( not just the room but across the hotel) by the helpful room service and hotel staff. Gym, swimming pool and lounge access for short term business meetings are all understated but function as per high expectations of guests. We ordered room services almost every night from a range of cuisines - thai, Continental, lebanese, indian etc and i can say with all fairness, that the food was outstanding . Prices were very reasonable despite hotels charging higher than restaurants . From AED 60 to AED 150, one can have a 5 star meanl, meant for 2 /3. Three aspects of this hotel , which is walking distance to "Masreq" metro (4 min walk) and mall of emirates (8 min ) is worth highlighting . 1) Location of the hotel is a feature for which the hotel is always overbooked. 2) The quality of service of its very professional staff - they are extremely helpful at all times and 3) Value - This is an absolute gem when it comes to prices.

Spread in Breakfast was good and appealed across guests coming from different countries ...variety could have been better. For guests who are booked for longer periods, they may find it a trifle boring .

The complete stay was exeptional and speciall the staff. Will diffinately stay again in the this hotel and will recommend the same to friends and families

As stated above, the experience we had was excellent and no negative thing were monitored.

Initially didnt get hot water for about 10 minutes mainly due to the room being vacant for several days before my arrival. After that everything was fine. Room very clean, lots of water, good shower, lighting was good. Breakfast had everything i need, a good selection. Location was excellent and next to MoE which was ideal. restaurant staff especially Joey went above and beyond his job spec, and made me feel like a special guest. Front desk staff very professional, and nothing was too much trouble. only downside was laundry. Not value for money, and items felt un washed upon there return. Overall I would high recommended this hotel.

Laundry service which the hotel outsource. Not a pleasant experience, and will seek alternative cleaning services in the future. Food in the restaurant over the weekend is very limited due to only have a few guests.

THE STAFF WAS EXCELLANT ESPECIALLY MR KHALED WHO WENT OVER AND ABOVE HIS DUTIES TO MAKE OUR STAY VERY COMFORTABLE AND ENJOYABLE AND GAVE US ALL THE HELP THAT WAS NEEDED WITH A SMILE. THE HOTEL WAS IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION AND THE BREAKFAST WAS JUST SUPERB WITH A HUGE SPREAD THAT CATERED TO VARIED PALATES AND EVERYDAY THERE WAS A DIFFERENT CHOICE. VERY CLEAN ROOMS AND VERY GOOD WIFI TOO. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN.

Brekafast excellent but Budaun lunch/ dinner was not good as we could not find any Indian Vegetarian disc like Kadai paneer Daal roti maan etc. we purchase this from gharana restaurant at extra cost.

Lunch/ Dinner provisions should be made in Gharana Raut rite to for Ved Indian guest if they book half board package.

I love the location of the hotel it’s close from Mall of Emirates about 10 min walkingand there is a bus goes to Jumeirah beach. the Staff and management were professional, helpful and friendly. the room was comfortable and clean, the furniture is new and clean. the menu was amazing it varied and delicious. it has pool top roof with a cafe and ground floor has Salon, restaurant and bars. Special Thanks to the Reception Staff Mr. Rumain and Miss Ashmita there were outstanding and the housekeeping Mr. Eric.
