my stupid bank blocked my card and I had no cash with me (it was a late night). the receptionist was so nice that he give me a key using only my passport as a deposit while I was trying to call to the worst bank in the world from 7 pm to 5 am (yes, it took 10 hours before I could talk with the bank representative). also, the hotel is clean. one of the cleanest showers that I saw in this price category hotels

The staff was nice the facility was nice clean quiet

The pool wasn’t open yet and I had problem with my door get stuck shut and they key wouldn’t open it

Enjoyed our visit. Traveling in RV. Artic blast moved in 10 degrees. We would freeze in RV. Stayed 4 days stayed toasty warm. Enjoyed waffle breakfast with coffee and juice.

I was very comfortable and cozy, I had a great nights sleep, because the bed was comfortable ! I can't leave out breakfast Which was right on time ! I really enjoyed my stay !

The water wasn't hot enough !

breakfast was good. i had a special request,& quality inn meet all my needs.I ask for quite room,clean room ,a room way from the road way. staff was friendly

The location. The lobby was exceptionally clean.

I had to keep going to get my key redone. The tub wasn't clean upon my arrival and the duvet and bed spread had stains

Everyone was so nice and very pleasant. The beds were super comfortable and clean. I loved the pillows as well. The room was very updated.

The batteries needed to be replaced in the door

The housekeeper wouldn't give us enough towels, but the lady at the front desk got us some.

Staff very helpful. There was no batteries in tv remote. When we called the desk he brought us some fairly quickly.

The breakfast was good but a little lacking.
