The front desk personnel was really friendly. Our reservation was mixed up as we booked a room with 2 queen bed for 3 people but when we arrived, the reservation was for 1 king bed. But the front desk personnel was really helpful and change the room for us. Overall, the room is satisfactory. Breakfast is included but just a sumple grab n go. They have hot water machine and hot drinks at the lobby accessible at anytime. It is good for our one night before heading to Grand Canyon.

We loved the location and the breakfast at the hotel restaurant ( Rodeo) I recommend the breakfast buffet. Great value. Cheaper then Dennys all you can eat. Ufff we loved it I truly recommend it. Restaurant and hotel staff very polite and helpful in all aspects. Very clean hotel. Beds very comfortable. in door swimming pool and jacuzzi. One hour away from the Grand Canyon. And 5 minutes from the New attraction in Williams Arizona which I also recommend Canyon Coaster especially the Rollercoaster Ride Tru the mountains. Great family attraction park lots of fun Great memories.

We loved the rooms. They are cozy and big and very clean. Our kids loved the fact they had hot coco for the guests all day and night. Also the indoor pool and jacuzzi were very clean. The staff was amazing. We want to give a huge shout-out to Jeremy for going above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. The restaurant on the property was very nice and our food was perfect. We love staying there as this was our second weekend going back but for an extended stay. We will be letting family and friends know about your hotel and the amazing service we received. We will be back.

Disability Access was great able to get my son into the bathroom in a wheelchair. Used the pool and jacuzi were both clean and plenty of towels. We also used the cafe for breakfast good selection in the breakfast bar. Staff were very helpful in meeting our needs . We had asked for a disability room when we got there the room they gave us had a bathtub with handicapped bars they very quickly changed us to a room with a walk in shower.

Location was great since it is really close by to downtown. There’s a Pizza Hut in walking distance. Also there’s a McDonalds across the street. The rooms were very cozy and a good size with a refrigerator and a microwave. We loved the indoor pool since it was snowing outside but we were still able to get in the pool.

The rooms are a little outdated. There was an office chair in the room that was peeling and made a lot of mess.

We were looking for a hotel for an overnight stay during our road trip. It was close to the highway.

The staff in the morning was a bit not friendly and felt like that didn’t care that we were there. I found clothes labels in one of the beds under the covers from some previous guest. When I mentioned that, they said, that’s alright sir. No smiles at all.

Travelling with two families it was great when we arrived to find out that they had placed our rooms right next to each other without us having to ask. Motel is quite central and easy to access restaurants for dinner etc.

Pool area needed more ventilation, its very hard to breath in there with the over powering smell of chlorine. Rooms could do with an update they seem very outdated but are still comfortable.

Liked that the restaurant was right next to the hotel. We did the morning buffet and it was really good! The best french toast I ever had. All the staff we encountered were very nice.

Didn't like that they allowed other visitors at the pool playing music we couldn't hear anything. Also the visitors weren't even wearing swim suits.....it was very crowded and unenjoyable for the visitors actually wearing swim suits.

The rooms were nice and cool. The beds were very comfortable. it was quiet, except for the noises from pipes when other rooms took showers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything we wanted to go to was within 5 minutes. Williams is such a quaint little town!

The take and go breakfast could have been better. Not much choice. But it was something. Thank you.

Check in staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The furnishings were a little dated and the secure door to the exterior did not close properly. Coffee was not available in the lobby because staff was having a problem getting it to brew properly. I'm a coffee drinker, so that was disappointing.
