Comfort Inn At the Park

The locating was awesome close to the amusement park and the fast food restaurants. Pool was amazing the beds were comfortable

The room phones did not work. The vending machine on the third floor did not work. The food delivery menu that’s located in the room was not up to date. The front desk clerk had no clue about the food delivery to the hotel and did not give me any information regarding what restaurant delivers to the hotel. The tv remote batteries were dead I had to walk to the front desk and ask for more batteries. The internet and cell phone reception kept dropping my calls the toilet was way too low

I liked the quick check in and the room was clean

1. Room 308s toilet when flushed made an awful moaning looong squeal! 2. The pillows are too small, if you call them pillows!? 3. The gravy for the biscuits was gross. Couldn't finish the first bite, eggs were so so, and the waffles were ?'able 4. The chair in the room at the desk was damaged and dangerous, it layer back without anyone in it. 5. Room was a good size but the bathroom there is hardly room for one person to turn around- it does have a king bed so there is more than likely 2 people trying to use the bathroom!

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful! The free breakfast was also fresh and the staff was actively refreshing the food. Overall, a very good hotel for the price and a pleasant stay while visiting the area.

The elevator was a little small and dated, but it's clear they were working to update the rooms and bring everything up to speed. Sadly, there were issues with the pool during our stay, so we weren't able to try that out!

From walking in the doors, I was greeted kindly and the energy was a home feeling, Ice cold lemon water visible for guess. My room was comfortable and I slept well. At checking out was a delight experience also coffee was available @5 am and i was able to have a cup befor starting my journey home. Thank you to the two Men that checked me in and out of my comfortable rest at your hotel.

The breakfast was great. The room was clean. We chose this location because it was close to Carowinds which was the reason for our trip. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. I called down to get a few extra towels and rags and they were ready minutes after I came downstairs.

We didn’t get any juice because the machine ran out. Late check out could last a little longer than 30 minutes. Most hotels give an hour.

The breakfast was good. There was a nice selection provided. Rooms were clean, but would suggest the hotel use Scotts toilet paper so that it would not clog the toilet. Besides the toilet issue which was fixed by maintenance during my stay. Comfort Inn is nice, affordable, and clean.

Gym room and pool size was very small, but useable and clean.

The room was good, you could tell they have future work to be completed in the rooms. The bathrooms have some water damage but it has been mitigated the drywall and paint just needs to be repaired. The breakfast was not that great but thankfully starbucks is right around the corner.

The paint in the bathrooms needs to be updated. The breakfast was not all that great. The eggs were rubbery and the sausages was not good. The muffins were the best out of all the breakfast items.

The front staff were very nice and helpful. It was clean & comfortable and right at the entrance of the theme park, we were able to walk to cabelas amd target was a quick drive away. The breakfast had a good selection.

The decor was dark and a little outdated, not like 70s outdated but maybe late 90s. While they had a good selection for breakfast many things had ran out a little after 9 when we got down there and it took them around 20 minutes to get other things out. That being said I was still able to get a price of fruit a bagel and some scrambled eggs.

Very clean and prompt attention to me belong disable i was alone in a town that makes anybody in my condition nervous but staff was very courteous and facilitate me all I needed at that moment a chair to sit while I was checking in and water and lemon due to the warm weather . I felt like at home .

Breakfast was fantastic, the room was roomy, clean, and comfortable. I felt very safe in this location, which is very important since I was traveling alone. Bathroom was clean and water pressure and water temperature were good. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The location in regards to Carowinds was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
