I wanted to leave a review for the girl working the front desk. I had some troubles while I was visiting and she helped me out a few times. I really appreciate her great customer service. The hotel stay was fine too. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Staff is always polite. It's always quiet. Price was ok. Usually pretty clean. First time out of over 10 stays I had any complaints.

Room wasn't very clean. There was dirt in bathroom sink. Flying ants in room had to buy raid. Microwave was dirty. This was the first time I had this problem out of about 10 stays

Very nice and clean. Very big tub. Loved the shower

Was not told what time breakfast was. Charged us for our emotional support animal. Pool was not open. 😞 Sad cause I picked it cause it had a pool.

Quite, relatively efficient,bathroom very clean and organized

Couldn't return to room with continental breakfast for spouse, vending machines too expensive, no irons or ironing boards

So comfortable not like +WoodSpring Suites Lubbock South that hotel is bad America's best value is a Lil more pricey but better experience then woodsprings

Having to give the dirty towels to get clean ones and having to wake up to get breakfast and have nothing but orange juice and coffee

the rate was good.

it was ok. cleanliness could’ve been a little more kept up like the outside. the blankets had cigarette burns. thankfully no bugs.

The Jacuzzi

The Jacuzzi was to loud the air conditioner kept turning off and wasn't to cold it was hard to turn the turn the shower on

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed. HBO and many channels. Old-fashioned park in front of your room, one story building. An older building with less than perfect interior, but clean and totally functional. Nice to find for the price.

The ice machine was finicky and at one point a speck of something black fell in the ice. The motel was hard to find due to convergence of roads and freeways. But worth it.

There was a couple fighting outside for the longest time and screaming from the lady and yelling for help and just went on for a lease 40 mins or so. Other then that pretty quite.

I was impressed with the room. Found it clean and tidy. Great value for the rice. Good for an overnight stay. Close to a highway but the room was quiet inside.

It is a bit out the way from food places or a supermarket. But the area seems safe. Air conditioner was a bit noisy when it stated but I got used to it and slept well.
