The facility was very clean from the main entrance through the back entrance. The breakfast was good and had some options. The staff was extremely nice during all shifts. (Night and day)

The only complaint was the key lock on both doors entering the facility didn’t not work so anyone could access inside. I worried of security due to them not working. It was the middle door that lead into the elevators and then the back door entering the facility hallway with the stairs. Very uneasy when returning at night time.

This is our second time staying here! Very nice property and clean! Very comfortable!

This time the breakfast really did stand out as not that good. Did not notice that the first time we stayed here. It was just messy. All the yogurt fixings were running into each other, the bacon was out and the eggs almost were. So nice place, but don’t stay there for the breakfast.

Room was clean and check in was excellent. The room was ready for us when we arrived. We travel with a small pet and the location was great. Staff was excellent. We used the vending machine and we thought we lost our money, so the staff at the front desk came to our rescue and was able to get our pop out of the machine. The gentleman on duty was smiling and appeared to be happy to be there! I was thrilled to have a breakfast before we hit the road.

The staff tending to the breakfast was pretty overwhelmed. She did her best to keep it stocked, but people tend to get anxious and take more than their share, so she was hurrying to get it stocked.

The staff was super friendly. Lobby looks great.

The Room I was in has unfinished paint work to be done. Balcony was infested with spiders. I came across also two bugs in the room (millipedes) It didn't bother me that's why I didn't complain at the moment but keep in mind for your next guess

Everything was lovely. Rooms were nice. Pool was nice . Sitting outside area was lovely and relaxing in the morning.

The beds are my only complaint. .. they were very hard. Woke up with a back ache every morning. Other than that it was nice. But because of the beds not sure if I would go back.

Very clean, hot water within seconds, friendly service. Plenty of electronic outlets for charging devices. Big room! Breakfast had a nice variety of options. Great location. I recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a nice hotel to stay.

Only because if my elderly mother, elevator placement was not ideal. Easiest way was from outside and on a not so nice weather day it could be an issue.

Very clean. Pool was warm and well-maintained. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptional; he was there morning, noon, and night each day of our our stay, always with a smile. I joked that I was starting to worry that he lived behind that desk, and he laughed and said he just liked working that much. We would stay again just based on his wonderful hospitality.

There was no breakfast, due to COVID. I wish that would have been disclosed before we booked, as we were counting on those quick, easy meals with our kids in the morning before starting our day. It obviously wasn't a deal-breaker, though.

I loved the heated pool the best. The beds were cozy and comfortable that I just fell asleep immediately. The staff were friendly and eager to assist . I was able to use the internet and complete my work on my computer that was due that day without interruptions .

It would have been nice to have a couple hours extra that last day to check out because I had checked in the day before around 10 pm. I was only allowed 45 minutes extra and wasn't able to get in the pool for just a bit. I had rushed to complete my work on computer and meeting my deadline so had to chose to do it and just needed an hour to get in the pool and then leave.

I had a room that had a roll in shower and I wish it would have had a shower seat or chair. Also some sort of shelf to put the shampoo and soap. The breakfast was nice. There were a couple of days that they didn't have any eggs. Sausage and bacon but no eggs. I also love oatmeal, but all they had were the packets. I much would have had quick or old fashioned.

Check-in was fast and the quickness to correct an issue was good. Breakfast was promoted on the website but in actuality, we were informed that there was only a coffee bar (Regular and decaf). There is a Pancake house with the same parking lot that gives 10% off if you mention you are staying in the hotel.

In the first room, we had had dust bunnies all around the refrigerator cabinet. It hadn't been dusted in months or maybe years. and the curtain was off the curtain rod. My dad was attempting to rehang it when I returned with the guest host to check out that room and find us a cleaner one. There also was a dirty plastic spoon between two pieces of furniture. The second room we moved to had the same dust issue but the guy that checked us in actually had brought cleaner and a rag with him and cleaned it.
