Location in wonderful. Hotel is a bit old but very clean. Breakfast is good but same every morning. Pool area is lovely and staff very helpful. Beautiful garden, closed to the wind - where seaside is windy, at the pool always warm and cosy.

I would be nice to know before trip, that Agadir is almost closed to tourism - all streets are dug up, restaurants and shops are mainly closed. For me, as I have been there many times, it was not so big problem, but for first time visiters it could ruin all vacation.

The staff is very, very friendly!

1. There is only wifi in the lobby, but even there it does not always work. 2. I had a room facing the pool and then a room facing the street: the one facing the street is not nice at all; there was a lot of traffic until really late, it was loud, and the view is not nice. 3. The employee who made the mint tea at breakfast had cut his finger and was wearing a dirty bandaid- he touched the mint he put in the tea cups with it. this is so super unhygienic. Also, he mixed the tea with a glass and then always took sips from the same glass to see, if it’s ready.

I really liked the room, comfortable and had a view overlooking the pool. I was delighted when some mornings housekeeping decorated my bedlinen with flowers, The breakfast offered was so vast and something suited all. The pancakes and service was outstanding.

Beautiful hotel but would have used the restaurants more if I was informed of the different restaurants when I checked in and had a orientation tour. When info was left in the room regarding Christmas evening, it would have been more helpful if the date was on the leaflet as certain countries celebrate Christmas on the 25th not the 24th so caused a bit of confusion for some guests. Maybe a a welcome pack could be put into each room with a map and details of Animation Schedule of events and times.

Nice room, clean bathroom and a balcony. TV with about 4 English language channels, 2 playing movies non stop which was good when relaxing in the room, other 2 were news channels. Pool facilities were brilliant and the Animation team there are extremely friendly and approachable, would go back again for that part alone. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but at the same time was clean and quite nice in parts. The porter Sayeed was very friendly also and looks after you if you need anything. 24 hour room service was handy although drink prices were excessive.

Wifi was not good, was only accessible in the main lobby or by the pool area, no hope of using it in the room. Pillow wasn't great, very thin. The air con made no difference and the fridge in the room was very old and wasn't great either, ours leaked. Drinks in the bars at the hotel are very expensive, the on-site shop was very expensive for basic things like water and snacks also. The restaurant food was good but a bit expensive for dinner there too compared to everything else nearby, would recommend eating out for dinner if not all inclusive, even if all inclusive the Italian and fish restaurants on-site had supplements for everything. "Local tax" was added to booking price on arrival also which was not good, was about 10% more expensive than advertised when initially booking it.

Everything! The staff are especially amazing a special Shout-out to Abdullah at reception famous among staff and guests .. such a lovely man giving us a room upgrade on arrival! Always smiling! Syeed and the entertainment staff all amazing .. Toto, Omar and Mona ensuring all guests are enjoying themselves.. Bushra and Aziza the waiting staff felt like aunties ❤️ The food, location and people all great - the rooms are basic but more than enough and very good value for money .. traditional decor and fantastic traditional entertainment! I just didn’t feel it was clean, also no conditioner. We stayed in family room but the toilet was separate from the bath. So silly ! We paid all inclusive but the waiters don’t seem to like serving you ur ur not paying up front. Most staff were very friendly and nice, just the bar staff were not as pleasant. The kids enjoyed the pool but u had to pay separately for towels which doesn’t make sense. Breakfast , lunch and dinner were all enjoyable. The kids did like it too.

Feeling the place was not clean enough. They have too many rooms in this hotel and hard to manage I guess. They need to employ more staff or reduce the price.

The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing.

The wifi connection in the room was very poor most of the time, but the sea view made up for it.
