The location is perfect. The rooftop bar was great for snacks and drinks (coffee or alcohol). The staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is the Hilton and was as expected. I thought it was a bit poor having one caffeine and one decaf coffee pod in the room, with a card next to it stating that if we wanted another we could request for 2 euro. There was only 1 tea bag as well. Logically, if a couple are staying they are more likely to have the same drink. We could get tea bags but only 2. This is kind of petty. The breakfast was good but the indoor breakfast area is too small for the number of guests in the hotel leading to queuing, In consequence we skipped breakfast on the final morning, even though we had paid for it, as we had a train to catch and the queue was too long at 8am.

The breakfast could not have been better, buffet style, huge choice of food, one of the best breakfasts we have experienced in any hotel. We ate out for other meals so cannot comment about lunch or dinner. The bedroom was light and airy, Smeg electric fittings and even a modesty screen for privacy. The bed was very comfortable.

I couldn't get a dedicated room Internet connection. and had to link into the more open Lobby connection. I was then told to use the connection to another bedroom but that kept going down. Not so much of a problem if on holiday but if needed for work where privacy is an issue, then frustrating.

The welcome to the hotel was fantastic. The receptionist (lady from Madiera) who greeted us was extremely friendly and welcoming. There was good parking onsite (outdoors - no height restrictions and I believe underground). The rooms and bed were spacious and very clean. The waiting, bar staff and housekeeping (Victoria, Celso and waiter in the rooftop bar) were all really helpful, friendly, lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing especially the cook to order omelette and waffles. Jonas the omelette chef was in such great demand but remained calm and pleasant. Overall, we had 2 really fantastic nights. Would definitely recommend🙂

Only a small complaint - the fridge could be slightly noisy.

The Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and quiet. There are a lot of services available and the since it’s new, all the facilities are modern and in good condition. It’s not right at the centre but close enough so you don’t need a car to explore the center.

Small things, but worth mentioning: At least in our room, there was no “real” door between the room and the bathroom so you better be comfortable with the bathroom noises with your partner. The pool water was quite chilly unless the sun was shining directly in it and also the plants around the sunbathing area and outdoor breakfast area looked like they haven’t seen any water this summer. The breakfast could have had some fresh vegetables as well.

We liked the hotel for its location, free parking, tidy room, and the complimentary water, tea, and coffee provided. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices.

The pool was extremely dirty, and the water was so murky that we couldn’t even see the bottom when there were no people inside. It was a significant disappointment to find such an unclean pool during the hot summer with temperatures reaching 37 degrees outside, as it should have been a refreshing feature. Another aspect we didn’t like was the lack of a separate bathroom in the room. Having the shower and toilet right behind doors within the sleeping area was not appealing to us.

Breakfast was extensive and good. Had many selections including scrambled eggs, and fruit, yogurt and ham and cheese, and cereals. Wonderful rooftop pool was a pleasure to swim in. Was definitely an added bonus. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful.

The neighborhood was a bit sketchy at night. Very desolate. Surrounded by construction. There weren't a lot of people around which made one feel a little vulnerable walking around at night. During the day, the hotel was close to downtown and the historic center, and really enjoyed it's accessibility to the various sights.

Hotel has plenty of parking spaces which we were a bit concerned about. Ideally situated to go and see all the tourist attractions. Lovely buffet breakfast which caters for everyone. Very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel which was inaugurated in May this year. Rooms are big and have kettle, fridge, iron and ironing board.

There is a small pool in the top of the hotel. It’s a bit small and only covers you up to your knee. Found it difficult to find sunbeds as the hotel was full.

Breakfast was great. So much to choose from. As a Hilton hotel, the beds and room were great. Staff was wonderful and it is always nice to be able to purchase snacks and more from the front desk.

The bathroom set up is not condusive to travelling with anyone but a spouse. There are two glass/open on top and bottom glass doors. One leads directly to a shower, the other to a toilet. I travelled with my adult son so showering was difficult in that situation.

The property was very clean I love how the first floor smells like coffee. the pool is cool I didn’t swim but the view and look was amazing.

The food is overly expensive, and for the price I must admit the portions are too small. Also more drinks to the menu , we’ll known drinks like the Long Island Iced tea would be the only thing I see that would make it better. The staff is very friendly and I love the speak multiple languages

The room was amazing, comfortable, practical, clean and designed with good taste. The bed was super comfortable. The pool area was a nice respite from the heat of the region, and had a bar area adjacent.

There wasn’t much of a view: the hotel is surrounded by a parking lot and an industrial area. The pool is waist-high and rather small, while more than adequate for refreshment, you can’t, for instance, swim.
