It was luxurious. The pool on the roof and the main pool along with the spa were all outstanding. I like the Cava when we arrived and we were sent up to our room with a bottle, which was a lovely gesture.

When we arrived, very tired the guy on reception had trouble finding my payment for the room and I had bought the weekend away as a 50th bday treat so the last thing I wanted was my husband to feel like their was a problem with the payment. He couldn’t sort it that night and said it’ll probably be ok but I had to chase with the staff member who had sent me the link to pay on WhatsApp the next day so there was no follow up to reassure me either, I had to go to them.

Our stay here was incredible. Firstly, my wife and I travelled with our 11 month old, the hotel and its stuff were super welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The whole experience was incredible, the room (corner suite) was gorgeous, we'd have loved to have had the view of the marina but it is what it is, it was large, well kept, beautifully modern and tended to daily by housekeeping staff who to were extremely wonderful. The spa was insane, large, loads of different rooms and facilities, the gym had modern equipment well kept, the various outdoor spaces were stunning, great decor and general fengshui. But the rooftop was the jewel! Highly recommend this hotel, we actually intend to come back!

Lifes too precious to focus on the frivolous things, there wasn't anything egregious to comment here.

It’s not really a small hotel. I was expecting a small luxury boutique hotel. But it felt more like a medium size resort - breakfast was very busy. Lots of families with children. It was a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. I think I may have been misled with the title “small luxury hotel of the world”

Location is quite far from main attractions. It’s a good location for families wanting to stay on the resort and Santa Eulalia as they do have pools on the resort. Also very noisy in the room because the walls are thin so u hear everything from people walking/talking in cooridors, doors slamming bc they are heavy doors. Was harder to get into a deep sleep if you went to sleep around 1030pm… also lots of children at this resort.

Amazingly designed hotel, very luxurious rooms and general feel of the place, guests are very well looked after, gorgeous view from the roof top, very clean, superb breakfast and food in the restaurants, friendly staff, spa was great for a rainy day

Expensive, prepare to splash the cash here also location was interesting one, not a beachfront, near the docks, surrounded by the wasteland, which probably will be developed soon, but bonus was a free parking near by, as hotel charges 25 euros a night for a secured parking

The team at reception & the roof top bar are an asset to this very comfortable hotel & spa. Throughout our stay, the team on reception & the housekeeping staff were so welcoming, friendly and completely guest focused. The hotel room was very comfortable. The sunbeds, spa and pool area lent itself to a very relaxing stay.

At the Peruvian roof top restaurant, we felt that the waitress took a dislike to us because we did not order the suggested cocktails or multiple dishes from the menu.

Room (404) was very comfortable, especially the bed. Rooftop bar and pool area are fab. Breakfast is fantastic!

Bathroom a little too open plan for me, I prefer a bathroom door. Roof top bar is great but (to be expected?) drinks on pricey side, even for Ibiza. 'Sea view' was not an uninterrupted sea view, there was a big white hotel directly in front of us. Sounds like I'm being a bit picky, but it's a five star hotel. Overall it was fabulous.

Very luxurious room (materials, huge mirror, bath tub), beautiful pool areas downstairs and on the rooftop. Breakfast (combined a la carte and buffet) was magnificent. Kind and helpful staff, sometimes a bit too busy at breakfast rush hours. Great views from the rooftop. Big spa area.

Location is a bit off, at the far end of the marina. 10-15 minute walks to the beach and centre. Front entrances at the boulevard were closed, so you had to walk around the complex (300m extra). Construction noise of the shipyard across the street. Breakfast hall felt too big/massive. We (young couple) hoped to find some hip Ibiza vibe, but the guests were mainly young families (lots of babies, children and strawlers) and elderly (60+) people. Drinks and food are expensive, even for Ibiza.

the breakfast was excellent, one of the best I have seen, but if you’re only interested in a full English, possibly the best for you. room was good, good clothes storage and safe, plenty of hangers pool area was clean and plenty of comfortable sun beds and towels some English channels on TV

some of the small things were missing-sound a bit petty individually, but add up. staff at lunch time restaurant not particularly attentive, air con unit not working on arrival, had to get someone out to fix late evening as we had to wear coats room was so cold no bottle opener, although corked bottle in mini bar assume everyone just wants coffee, only small coffee cups in room, so had to buy a mug out there for my tea first thing. English breakfast tea bags not available two mornings at breakfast and you had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to bring a jug of hot water to make it. shortage of electrical sockets in room.

# STAFF (++++), highly friendly, warm and very attentive! # breakfast was veryyyyy awesome, really good food and a wide selection. A lot of staff is going around to serve the guests and fulfill our wishes. I think they improve the the former situation (see other comments)… # nice property, with everything you need (and more!) # the rooms are spacious and have everything you need (the rooms facing the street do not have a nice view - if that is important to you, you should book a pool- / seaview) # the GYM is one of the best that I saw in many hotels, lets say top 5 (if you are a body building pro, you need definitely more weights) # PET friendly (++++) we traveled with out dog and were allowed to take her with us (on ibiza you will find only a few places, werd this is possible) unfortunately you are not allowed, to hang around the property (restaurants, pool etc.) with the dog - maybe a point to improve, because NOBU Hotel allows this :)

Fantastic welcome from the front of house team. Although early we could check our luggage in, enjoy a glass of cava and all the facilities, and made to feel right at home. Our room was fantastic, with a view over the pool out to sea. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge buffet, and cooked food to order if required. We enjoyed the pools - both the main pool and the rooftop pool with its views across the countryside. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were always smiling and happy to help. We will be back!
