I have to say the staff at breakfast were fantastic. I stayed here for a total of 28 nights for a training course nearby and had breakfast almost every morning. By the 3rd morning, I was greeted and welcomed by my name. The staff are hard working and huge a credit to the company. They treated, not just me but, all the guests so well. Kajal and Adrianne were fantastic and so welcoming each morning. Also Sheela and Krystyna were very attentive and polite. The breakfast itself is really good. Great food, well cooked and a very good range. House keeping staff on floor 4 during my stay did a fantastic job, and always smiled and wished me a good morning. The rooms are lovely, walk in shower, a mini fridge and complimentary water, tea and coffee. I made use of the gym fitness centre on level -1 which was ideal (only 2 lifts go to level -1). The bed was extremely comfortable, no noise and the curtains ensure no light came through - excellent. The hotel location was perfect for me, took me approximately 20 min to walk to Hatton Cross or I could get the tube. It is connected to T4 departures via a covered walk way bridge. I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel for the reasons above, but mainly because of the staff here.

I like the location, the facilities, the room is clean, great shower plenty of amenities. Easy to get to from the terminal it is a good choice for an early morning start

My biggest complaint was the service, I went to eat in the bar and I wanted to order at the bar but was told to sit and I’d be served. That did not happen until I asked two more times for service. If a hotel wants you to sit down to be wait ones on then they should do as they say not leave the customer hanging. Then unlike any other restaurant in the world I has to pay in advance for everything, which sends a negative message to the customers. Ask for the room number if you’re worried about payment!

Breakfast was really good. Great choice and variety. We stay in the Crowne Plaza whenever we can. Bed and pillows were very comfortable . The staff at check in were really friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very very warm. The wifi didn't work. The airconditioning didnt work. No shower caps for a top end hotel. The bathroom floor didn't mop up to standard. The breakfast tables were not cleaned up fast enough to accomodate the rush . They clearly need more staff . Happy hour in the business lounge was looking very tired with canapes that were sub standard chicken wings, spring rolls that were way too crispy and dry. Mini Bruschettas that were very poor quality. There was no tonic water the general basics were very minimal for the standard of Crowne Plaza hotels we have stayed in before.

The front desk staff upgraded our room. It was unexpected and appreciated. We had been in small rooms for 34 days and our last one was by far the best. Breakfast was included, and that helped to lower the stress level we had been under due to the massive number of flight cancellations. Just being able to go to sleep in a beautiful suite, on a great mattress with a wonderful pillow made our issues with BA and Priceline fade away.

Had there have been a walkway from my room onto the plane, that would have been the only possible upgrade. The front desk staff minded our luggage while we had breakfast. The Hoppa bus driver was kind, courteous, and helpful. I have no problem staying at the Crowne Plaza again.

Expectations were met worthy of the brand. I enjoyed my requested omelette and personalised coffee etc, all standards of the brand. Kajal (Head host) and Adelina and team were extremely attentive and pleasant to engage, enough to remember their names and comment on the impressions of great service. High standard of cleanliness in room, spacious, all amenities.

Some issues took place with parking, I paid for duration for my stay, but needed multiple entry/exit and my reception-issued stub always had issues, so this meant I could not exit and always had to ring for help. Needless to say the assistance was efficient and no issues to exit, it's just missing that mojo in the experience you know?:)

The staff - very considerate, helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Alexandra from reception in particular! The room was clean and very comfortable, with good soundproofing and fully equipped, perfect for a good night's sleep after (or before) a long day of travelling. Complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water and biscuits in the room are a nice touch, very welcome for the tired traveller. If you have a few hours before your next flight, you can leave your luggage at the hotel after check-out and get to London Paddington in no time and very conveniently by train (Elizabeth line). It is a much better choice than staying in the center of London at double the cost and half the quality.

Getting to the hotel can be a little confusing, especially if you arrive at a different terminal. More signage or more detailed explanations would be required. Once I got the right directions it was easy, quick and much better than waiting for busses to get to other hotels around the airport or staying in the city. I found the walkway from the airport to the hotel to be a little off-putting (poorly ventilated and dark - as I arrived late at night), but it's just a short walk away from the hotel (a few minutes), so it is not a problem.

My wife and I booked in for two nights prior to our flight back to Sydney. The hotel location was perfect walking distance to Terminal 4 with onward access via the Elizabeth Line to Central London and all other airline terminals. The room was large, comfortable and very quiet given it's proximity to the airport. The breakfast has great choices and very friendly staff. We stayed on a Club floor and made good use of the executive lounge. The staff there were particularly friendly and accommodating. We will definately use this hotel again.

We arrived at Heathrow very travel weary and didn't realize how far the hotel was from the terminal we arrived at. We were early for check-in, but the hotel held our bags and directed us to a bistro while we waited. The club room we booked was on their top floor, which we realized we could not access because of their open glass hallways... My husband has vertigo. They went the extra mile and worked hard to find us a room, ultimately providing a suite on a low floor we could check into immediately. We only need one night of comfort and rest, and they came through big time. The restaurant food was also outstanding!

For an airport hotel catering to weary travelers at all hours, we felt there should be more food options available earlier in the day and certainly earlier check in options than 3:00 p.m. Making their noon checkout time earlier would help in that regard. We were given drink vouchers for the bar, but the bar wouldn't honor them for what we wanted (only beer or house wines). Bar service was slow and awkward. The cocktails were great, but expensive, and they wouldn't make anything that wasn't specified on their drink menu.

So close to Heathrow just a few minutes undercover walk to the Crowne Plaza from terminal 4. This was my third visit on this trip and as always the room was fantastic, spacious and clean on the 6th floor. Everything i would expect from Crowne Plaza. Special mention to Adriana and Kajal and their teams at breakfast for the warm welcome and service. I am looking forward to seeing you both on future trips. I will now make Crowne Plaza H4 part of my normal routine when passing through London. An overnight stay at Crowne P rather than a made rush on the day of arrival or departure is exactly what I am looking for. Tony, Point Clare, Australia

The location was of course great. So easy to stay here the night before our flight- and it was a nice short walk to the terminal.

When we arrived the staff seemed to be quite cold and aloof. It seemed as if they had been having some sort of issue, either with staffing or technology. When the staff at the desk called me up, I asked how he was and didn’t get a response. Then when we went up to our room, we didn’t have a king sized bed as was in the description, but 2 single beds. After the long journey we had all day, and the attitude we had witnessed at reception, we didn’t bother following this up
