It's a very relaxing place to stay. We appreciated the aircon in the room. There was plenty of space in the room. We appreciated the pool and the pool area. Location is a bit far from the center, but still good. One of the best place we stayed in Mexico.

It would have been nice to do soke activities in the camp, like yoga or such. All the rituals they organize are not included in the room price. As mentioned by other reviews, it can get loud in the evenings, but we had earplugs and could sleep well. We had some problems with the shower as sometimes the water was too hot and we couldn't regulate it.

Eduardo (the host and owner) and the whole staff team were kind, helpful and welcoming. It’s great to be able to access spiritual and wellness practices onsite. The location is great from a convenience perspective and the private parking is useful on a busy street of town. I stayed with my 2yr old daughter, in the two bedroom apartment which was spacious and comfortable. The people, vibe and services make this place. I hope to visit again, for sure and check all the murals that Victor has painted since my last visit. The restaurant is a great addition too

Being so close to Palma Central (the night food truck market) at the back, which by the way, is a great spot for food and music, means that wkend nights it gets a little loud and noisy. Also, nothing to do with the property, but being on Av. Tulum means lots of traffic and large trucks and 18 wheelers as you step outside, but you also can’t beat the convenience of everything nearby especially with a young kid.

Excellent location in the town. Quick 2min walk to the main area plus an easy 15min drive to the hotel zone as well as the ruins. Parking was available and secure. Rooms were excellent and very clean. Outdoor shower was amazing with steaming hot water. Will DEFINITELY stay again. We stayed in #6. It was secure and felt safe. Considering where we were there were no bugs in the tent. Beds were super comfortable and it was amazing to sleep in the middle of nature. We had birds crawling on top of our tent in the morning :) The only suggestion id make is to have a different bulb that slowly gets brighter. The tent was a little too dark but I guess it adds to the charm and the vibe.

The tents are really nice and very clean. I did not see a single bug (except one mosquito, which I think we let in) in the tent. There were some ants in the shower outside, but they disappeared as soon as you turn on the water. The tent is huge as well, boasting two large beds with soft sheets and plenty of pillows. Airco works great, and so does the shower. There is a cute pool at the entrance (which we did not use). The site is green and makes you forget that you are on a busy street in Tulum. All touristy restaurants and shops are walking distance (and so are some very good more local taquerias) . We paid less than 50 euros per night, which was good value for the money.

Though the garden might make you believe you are in the jungle, the music and noise at night will remind you that you are in the middle of the party city of Tulum, on the busiest street. Do not go to bed without your earplugs! We had a full concert at night and multiple sirens. The inside of the tents is quite dark, even during the daytime. The single stylish 'birdnest' light in the room does not provide sufficient light to read. Toilet is separated from the beds by only a non-ceiling high wall, so it's basically in the same room. The level of English at the reception is low.

Location is a little far from the center but the experience wouldn't be the same otherwise - tranquil, calming and a total reset from the hustle and bustle of downtown Tulum. Huaya is a real haven and we felt instantly relaxed once in our room (we'd stayed somewhere lovely nearby for a few nights previously & booked one night here, I'm so glad we did as it was the most wonderful place for our last night). The pool is pretty deep so actually decent for a little swim, the outdoor showers deserve every bit of their rave reviews and the nature sounds at night from the critters in the bushes (who can't get into your tent so no stress there) was a pleasant surprise.

We'd specifically searched for somewhere with an airport shuttle and had to enquire about this multiple times before getting any information - turns out this is an additional paid service with a significant added cost. Not what the listing implies at all but I suspect the same would apply to any accommodation in Tulum claiming to offer a shuttle service.

Spacious tent surrounded by nature (butterflies and flowers and frogs and squirrels) and a great pool and great staff. The whole vibe there is relaxed and friendly.

We had bursts of sewerage smell in our tent vacinity, probably because you can’t flush toilet paper so people put it in their bins. Also the air conditioning could have been stronger but for being in a tent it was okay!

Very relaxing yet close to the main street Reception staff friendly and helpful

Incredibly noisy at night - bar next door has live music - not ideal for meditation or relaxation I was there for 4 days - room was never cleaned so the toilet paper bin wasn't emptied and by day 4 there were a lot of cockroaches Pool had no "leisure' area around it and didnt look very clean

* The best was the shower outside under the sun and the stars.Wonderful. * Sleep in a yurt was a lovely experience, surrounded by vegetation and the birds/fauna noises. * The yurts are very intelligently designed. * The air conditioner. * The yoga space, temazcal and massage spaces, discretely hidden, well designed and decorated. * There was fresh water available at all times. * I loved the cacao ceremony. * Staff very friendly and helpful.

- The only thing that worried me one day, is that one man could enter the camp without being stoped or checket at reception. He was obviously looking for one guest, I saw them departing together after a while, but I didn't like him wandering around the yurts. - Broken lock system at the yurts should be revised and replaced soon. - I missed a higher working table inside the yurt. I used the beautiful bench as table, and sat on the bed end to play my folding piano and to attend zoom meetings, which was a bit uncomfortable after a while, still it was much cooler than outside. It was too hot outside or in the garden during the heat wave.

The best of clamping oasis just off the main road in tulum Pueblo. Based on the vibe of that road, it’s even more exceptional what a quiet and tranquilo space this is. Also…AC in yurts!!!! Special honor to the massage therapist Adriana who gave me a truly transcendent pre-Hispanic massage including healing herbs.

This is not a problem with the property, just an observation that staying in town rather than the beach without a car put me at the mercy of the truly terrible taxi situation. If you stay here and want to go to the beaches, either bring a car or know how to ride a scooter.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Once you are inside the camp you feel the tranquility that the garden brings. Surrounded by trees and beautiful plants, you can chill and cool down in the pool. The ‘tent’ is comfortable, having an ingenious bathroom, with an outdoor shower that I recommend to enjoy it also in the night under the moonlight. The staff is very kind and helpful, we’ll be coming back!

For those who want to be in the center and party, this option might be a bit far.
