We chose this hotel for the secure parking since we had a rental car. Space is adequate and a staff member helped direct us as we exited which was very much appreciated. The room was very spacious. Others have commented on street noise, but this was not a problem for us. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated having a fridge in the room, but otherwise did not use the kitchen. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The room was clean and updated. They offered Netflix and some other streaming services on the TV. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, provided a map and guidance of where to visit and eat, and gave advice about how to get to Ek Balam and Chichen Itza. The hotel is well located but an easy 7-10 min walk from the central part of town. There's also available parking for those who drive.

The hotel property is just the rooms and a parking lot. There isn't really a lobby or pool area to sit in if I wanted to stay at the hotel for part of the day. Not a problem at all! Just mentioning here in case it helps inform anyone.

Nice and welcoming, the staff gave us great advices about where to go and where to eat. They prepared our room with a nice cot for our son (in a whole month travelling in Mexico and after asking for a cot in every single booking, this was literally the only time I found it already in the room without needing to ask again LOL). New stucture, only 2 years old, nice and tidy. Cute kitchen with the essentials. Convenient location to walk to Valladolid's centre and we loved we had our parking inside.

The hotel room is nicely decorated, spacious, clean and smells nice because of the perfume. Best beds we've had in Mexico so far. Personnel is kind. English is limited however which makes communication a bit hard, but we found our way. Good location, ten minute walk to the city centre. Private parking spot. Valladolid is a nice town and by car you can easily get to the cenotes.

The kitchen equipment is very limited. We've slept with 2 in a room for 4 and cooking something simple is (almost) impossible, even for 2. Very small pans and no bigger ones available at the reception. A toilet brush is missing and one lamp button next to the bed was broken so lamp doesn't work. The fan makes a lot of noise.

Beautiful property. Seems very new. Only a few rooms. Our rooms were very thoughtfully laid out and equipped. we had one King Studio and one Double. Both rooms were spacious, and the Double in particular had plenty of room with both beds even separated a little. There were kitchens in both rooms that were modestly stocked with essential utensils. Front desk staff at check-in was incredibly helpful with directions and information about the area.

Air conditioning in the King Studio worked great and cooled the room quickly. The Double room was just slightly too large for the air conditioner though. We turned the AC off when we left in the morning and turned it back on upon returning, and while the room cooled slightly, it never got particularly cool. Valladolid is a hot place! Don’t get me wrong - AC worked in both rooms but was only just sufficient in the larger room.

Very lovely place! Everything is clean, they make cleaning every day. Quiet, safe, there is parking inside the hotel. Nice linens , mattress, pillows are all comfortable The water in the shower has a good pressure Nice location, 10 mins walk on the Main Street 41. Wifi could be more better, but it’s okay. Personals are very kind. In my opinion it’s a 4 star hotel for good price We stay at the room with two beds, Bamboo, it’s a very big room

The place is perfect for a stay in Valladolid. We had the family room, which was spacious, cozy and clean. Aircon worked perfectly fine. The whirlpool was a nice add on, which was fun to use. It is very calm. The bathroom was really modern, water pressure was perfect. The place it by foot ten minutes walk away from the main square and we never felt unsafe walking there. Parking is inside the yard and there was always a spot. Staff is really friendly and helpful and even made a tiny PowerPoint show in the beginning with some hints for the city. All in all we would definitely stay there again.

Nice small hotel just a few blocks from the main square, we could park our car in the courtyard and our room was very spacious and clean. we could check in one hour earlier and we got some useful tips from the very friendly staff on restaurants and things to do. can definitely recommend it, especially for this price.

The room had a bit of a „moldy“ smell, I guess it is just due to the high humidity there so not much to do about it.

The room was bigger than expected, especially the living area was spacious! We had enough space for our luggage and the bedroom was comfortable. The shower pressure was really nice and there was daily cleaning, which was surprisingly good! We didn´t use the jaccuzi, but it looked very comfy. The staff were amazing! I fainted one night after I had cut myself in my finger. After I collapsed the owner came to check on me and my friends and so did the other staff. The day after they even brought us a local delicacy (tamales) because I somehow mentioned it after I woke up on the couch. One of the staff members (Erika) even contacted me after we left. She is such a sweetheart! I will never forget their hospitality and kindness. Definitely book this hotel if you're in Valladolid!

Very clean, amazing and friendly staff who were eager to help out. The bathroom and the shower were exquisite. The room was quite luxurious for what we’ve seen in this price range in Mexico! For us it was also a big plus that it had private parking lot and a small kitchen. Loved our stay!

Couldn’t find anything big. Only thing was the mattress in our room, which was a little bit too hard/firm for us.
