Location was excellent! so close to the beautiful beach and close to the main township. Presentation in the room was neat and inviting. The patio area was spacious and private and the trees around the patio area made you feel like you were on a tropical island. The guy at the reception desk was friendly and very helpful when we needed help, welcoming and informative.

The cleanliness could have been better in the bathroom. Stained toilet and the grout around the tub. A little rust in the microwave. Was expecting the spa bath to be next to a window as it was pictured in the photos on the listing but that was not the case. It is Winter time so we had to pull out the spare blankets from the cupboard and those did not feel clean, seemed like they were just sprayed with something and it had a wax coating on the blankets.

Great stay and unit was ready early .

Sofa bed in lounge uncomfirtable only had very thin mattress so needs another additional crate mattress as springs felt on back .Had to use blanket under sheet to compensate .as could not sleep well.Light in bedroom by bed faulty did not work .Not enough tea bags only 2 .Suggestions above may be helpful for next stay in the future.Need a rail for spa bath and a swivel seat t/ steps up with rail o get into very deep bath to help with safety and prevent injuries .

Loved the staff who checked us in, was polite and helpful, great service! Loved the distance from the beach for morning or evening strolls, the room set up was lovely and the spa bath was enjoyable. Perfect to just sick back and relax. If we need to be in the area again will definitely book again.

The spa bath not being cleaned properly, as there were previous stayers hair that was falling down from the blowers, so I had to wash and wrinse it out again before we used it.

The location is perfect, the convenience couldn’t have been better as it is right off the motorway. We had a very late check in but were able to gain access via door code. The room was huge, an apartment with everything you’d need to be self- reliant for a week or more.

The room was cold when we arrived at 10pm, it heated up quickly but it would have been nice if someone had thought of this beforehand. The spa pool was not an option either because the drain didn’t close.

Good communications from the team, rooms were warm, spa bath was excellent, bed was very well made, prompt response to a door lock issue. Easy booking process. Parking very handy and great location with quick walk to the beach.

A temporary problem that previous tenants should also be responsible for - reduce the strong smell of cooking with the doors open for just a bit longer before we arrived late in the evening as it was too cold to have them open when we arrived.

The location is very good, able to walk into town in under 10minutes. The beach is just at the bottom of the road, 2 minutes away. Easy to park right outside your apartment. We had a comfortable stay, the bed was good, it was nice having a lounge area with sofa. Staff were very nice.

The carpet was very old and the spa bath had the shower over so found it quite difficult to get in as the bath was so large

Great sized room. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The room also had a spa bath though I didn't use it. Spotlessly clean. Outdoor furniture and ashtray also provided. Really efficient air con unit. two minutes walk to the beach. The password entry system is really cool - no need for keys or swipe cards :-)

All the pillows were the same size, and I found them too thin, but that is a personal preference thing. It would have been good to have a range of pillow sizes to choose from .

The room was spacious and comfortable. There was everything we needed for our stay. We actually arrived too early and the staff were able to get us into a room as soon as it was ready which was really nice. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for any better. The short walking distance along the beach to the shops was short and pretty. Definitely staying there again.

small things. Used the drinking chocolate but it wasn't replaced. Milk was always replaced. More instructions re the T.V. May be there but not found. A water filter for the chlorine tast would be good.

We had the King Suite, we love that it was upstairs which is what we prefer. We had a lovely view looking down the road to the beach, The space we feel is very generous.

It was slightly noisy compared to our last stay - we could hear our neighbors. The parking was diabolical they are incredibly narrow particularly down the end on the far left. We did manage to find a space near the front entrance and that was fun trying to get in, very tight.
