Beautiful historic building, with a good location - close to the main square but in a quiet location. The staff are all very helpful. In particular we enjoyed the free pisco sour class with Roger (the hotel runs free activities everyday). They also have a baby alpaca in the terrace at breakfast time which was really cute. Rooms are spacious and comfy.

The walls are quite thin - we could hear everything the adjoining room were saying.

Clean, beautiful courtyards, comfortable bed and good breakfast included. Service staff at both the front desk and restaurant area were very helpful and attentive

Very noisy in the corridor with no sound insulation got the room. A cough from within can be heard from outside and even the tiny scratch of a walkie talkie from staff in the corridor can be heard from within. Voices in the corridor sounded like they were right there in our room

The staff at Casa Andina was exceptional, especially John. He made our breakfasts so enjoyable with his warm personality and willingness to go above and beyond. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Our suite was beautiful and we appreciated the extras (tea bar, photo ops with a baby alpaca, etc.). Great value for the money too. I travel a lot and have seen a lot of hotels around the world...this was one of my best experiences!

It took a while for the shower and sink water to heat up, but a little patience is all you need ☺️

The hotel was very nice! Old colonial building or complex made into a nice hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there. We stayed there twice. The first time the room was a bit tight but the second time was much better. It all depends on the room you get. However it was very comfortable and the facilities were great. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also really nice!

There is nothing not to like... I would gladly go back to this hotel.

Location was great … walkable to the market, restaurants and attractions in the old downtown core. Breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of options. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Very friendly and accommodating staff

While an interesting old building with courtyards, the rooms had only 1 window that faced onto the courtyard walkways, so the room was dark and noisy AC unit was a challenge

It was great! The staff was so kind and polite with us even when passing from the corridors were greeting us. Excellent location, very clean, great breakfast! It was much appreciated the breakfast to go they gave us since for two days we left the hotel prior to breakfast times.

I would only need some cotton buds as mini amenities in the room.

Location is great, room is very clean and staffs all very nice. I went to Cusco the day of my birthday and they prepared a beautiful cake for me in my room. So nice! Definitely recommend to stay in here when traveling to Cusco~

Though there is a window in room, window towards to hall way, so we need to keep curtain on. But that’s the structure of the building, no big issue since we were out most of the time lol

Staff very helpful and spoke very good English, room was very well made and sizeable. Overall very clean and comfortable stay. Breakfast was a good buffet spread each morning with plenty of options. Would certainly stay again if back in Cusco.

We had a room that was a little far from reception (a small inconvenience after a long day of hiking) and it was overlooking the street so sometimes got a little loud. You could feel the vibrations of the cars going by when sat on the sofa. But overall did not significantly affect our stay, very good hotel!

Beautiful property (built on a former casona that dates from the colonial era) close to Qoricancha and walking distance to the main square of Cuzco city and the San Blas area. Good restaurant and bar, nice breakfast (fresh fruit, hearty coffee) so if you feel like staying at the premises you can really enjoy the food and the open terrace. Rooms are modern, clean and confortable. Many stores and restaurant close by as well. They can prepare a breakfast to go should you need to rise pretty early for a day trip around Cuzco.

You may want to ask for one of the rooms away from main hallways and stairways if you are looking for quiet.

I enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer, check-in was quick, our room was beautiful and large and spacious. The breakfast was amazing really over exceeded what i thought. the atmosphere was great. we visited the bar before calling it a night. The location was perfect, all restaurants were a walkable distance. our flight was delayed a few hours and the hotel was able to accommodate us with an late check out for a small fee. We felt at ease knowing we did not have to haul our luggage around town with us. 10/10 recommend this hotel for your next vacation!

there was nothing i did not like, everything was perfect. wouldn't change a thing!
