Great breakfast, location, beds and linen. Supportive staff (they even called our tour agency when they realized we were waiting for too long at the lobby). They kept our luggages for some hours until the check-in and also after the check-out. the shower works fine. The hotel offers a breakfast box for clients who wake up early for the tours (you should consider it as most of the tours start quite early in the morning, like 4/5pm, such as Laguna Humantay and the Mountain of Collors).

Bathroom facilities are a little bit old. There is a fabric curtain in the bathtub and as it doesn't close completely, the bathroom tends to flood. There is no air conditioning in the hotel, which is not usual for a 4-star hotel.

Location was great, it only took a few minutes walking to get to the main square and it was on a well lit main road. Packed breakfast for when we had to wake up at absurd hours was nice and they worked with us to make sure it was something we could eat. Breakfast buffet was pretty good as well

The breakfast buffet was good but on some days they only served gluten and eggs. There was always several types of bread and they would also include breaded fish, or pancakes or another bread option. Being gluten intolerant on these days I was limited to eggs and fruit. Other days they had additional meat or potatoes which was nice. The bed wasnt the most comfortable but good enough. There was a small gallon jar of water in the breakfast area but it was sometimes empty and had mold in the lid which had been tapes over. Would have been more sanitary and convenient in my opion to have a traditional water cooler

We booked this hotel after leaving another in the city disappointed. We could not have been happier. Hot water, great beds, breakfast was filling and provided ample options for my family as well as we used the lobby for playing cards at night. Great choice!

Our rooms faced the main road, which is a huge place during the day. At night, it can be a bit noisy.

I liked the location, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, the complimentary coca tea, it felt safe, the shower pressure and water temperature were good, loved the balcony, room service.

No heat, room could use a humidifier, very noisy location
