Best location. Every tour leaves tou at plaza de armas a Block away so it is great location. Rooms are very comfortable and beautiful, hot water is great and the staff was the best of all. Staff keeps you informed on plans to do and they even leant me their phone to confirm a tour before I was able to buy a sim card. My tours started early so I did not enjoy the breakfast buffet but they packed me up a sandwich with some fruits and crackers to take on my bus. Terrace has beautiful view and is regularly open for use. But again location, location, location. Thank you for everything!

The hotel staff was so friendly that it felt as if we were visiting family abroad (they even took the time to send a birthday cake to our room!), and they went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and valued as a guest. The property is very close to the main attractions in Cusco, we had a really easy walk to restaurants, museums, and the main plaza. Additionally, the hotel provided acclimatization equipment for the 4 of us to use during our stay(coca tea, oxygen tank, and medication as needed) which was so helpful since we all were having issues getting used to the altitude. Given the value and location, I would stay there if visiting Cusco again. It is a very good location with close amenities, including laundry, ATMs and so many stores within a few steps.

I would say that given the price point, the facilities are exactly what you would expect from a 3-star hotel, and not particularly outstanding rooms but more on the basic/functional side.

Great staff and location and a stone's throw away from all of the major sites and historical buildings. Complimentary breakfast was great as well.

The room was a bit small, but that wasn't a big deal since I literally only used the room to sleep and was out the rest of the day. The rooftop deck was a bit disappointing, but again, NBD.

This hotel is in a great position from which to explore Cusco's historical centre. Nearby is a small supermarket, camping shops and lots of restaurants. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with made to order eggs.

The small explosions, like crackers or fireworks, announcing mass at the nearby church, are loud and a bit annoying, but they're part of Cusco life, and if that's all I could complain about then...

This hotel was amazing. Great staff (shout out to Eduardo who was always so helpful and friendly), fantastic breakfast, the rooms were big and comfy (we stayed before and after our 5 day trek). Would definitely stay again. Location is perfect, just off the main square.

Great location. Excellent for 3 travelers - with separate rooms (1 full bed) and (2 twin beds). Friendly staff - and good breakfast.

No elevators (due to the historical location of the building/unable to tear down historical parts of Incan brick/walls) but the staff always offered to take up the suitcases. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but overall a good price for the location.

The property was at a perfect location. The staff was exceptional and friendly. We had a change in flights which caused a change in all our stays but Eduardo and team helped us out. They were very accommodating to our travel plans and helped to coordinate taxis.

This must be one of the most convenient hotels to stay in if you're visiting Cusco. First and foremost, the staff here are friendly, courteous and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They made an effort to know our names (and remembered them!) and that sort of personal touch was great. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the main square and also has a great rooftop viewpoint. In terms of value for money, this hotel is superb.

The beds were a little on the small side. Breakfast was simple but still pretty good overall.

great boutique hotel at the center of Cusco. you will be 3 min away from plaza des Armas. rooms are quite comfy for two people and bathroom amenities are provided. they have water and coca tea at the reception (a nice lobby as well). breakfast is rich (eggs are provided on request and the rest is buffet - the lady preparing it was really sweet). if you have an early tour they prepare a lunch box. wifi worked well.

layout of the hotel js odd and many rooms (like ours) have a window to the corridor. insulation is a problem since you could hear almost everybody walking outside. checkout was very early (9am) which is not a big problem since they can keep the bags

Excellent location within short walk from the main square, Plaza de Armas. Very good breakfast available from 5.30am to 9.30am

We were not given the room that we booked when we arrived and had to change rooms the following day which took unnecessary time to re-pack everything. The check-out time is 9am which is very inconvenient and is strange considering that breakfast is served until 9.30am. I suggest the management re-thinks this policy and adopts a more regular checkout time - 11am or 12 noon. The toilet seat in both rooms we used would not stay up for a man to pee.
