The location was ideal, easy walking to main square and other tourist sites. Restaurants and shops were very convenient. The staff were very attentive and always available if you had questions or needed directions. Breakfast was lovely.

The courtyard could be noisy, especially if other guests were up early leaving for Rainbow Mountain or another early morning excursion. It would have been nice if everyone was warned to keep their voices down at those early hours, until they were in the breakfast or lobby area.

Breakfast was fantastic, a delicious spread, and the dining room atmosphere was wonderful-- lots of cool art. The whole place was quaint and charming and comfortable, with a sunny courtyard and a grassy area with lounge chairs. It's in a great area, old cobblestone streets with easy walks to shops and restaurants.

My only complaint is that my room shared a wall with what seemed to be the laundry:maintenance room so it was noisier and afforded me less privacy than I would have liked.

Lovely small hotel in San Blas right in the heart of the historic centre of Cusco. Great room with an absolutely excellent shower! Great breakfast too and the staff were really friendly and helpful!

One very minor point was the bedding, although of great quality, it became uncomfortable as it ruched when you moved about and there were no duvets just odd blankets!

Maybe a bit noisy from other guests coming and going early morning and at night.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful-hot and cold, with many choices. They accommodated my request for a first-floor room, which was actually a suite with a living/dining area and a bedroom as well as a bathroom. The courtyard was right outside my door. The staff took wonderful care of all my needs, holding my suitcase when I went out of town for one night, calling to order a taxi for me, and calling to order food for me when I needed takeout. Such wonderful service and about 10 mins drive to The Plaza de Armas, but out of the way. Very comfortable for a single traveler. Money exchange at the front desk and oxygen available for altitude sickness.

One thing I thought would be great would be accessibility to a microwave in the dining area where breakfast is served, in case someone wanted to heat up coffee or leftovers. The rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge and I don't think every room needs a microwave but one central one would be good. Of course, I bet if I had asked, someone at the desk would probably have been able to warm up something for me.

Beautiful hotel and great neighborhood! San Blas has picturesque streets, amazing coffee shops with great views, and cute little boutiques, but be prepared for many hills and steps (like most of Cusco)! Good breakfast, super clean rooms, and nice staff-- the bell hop was so kind and friendly!

Cusco gets cold at night and early mornings! Every room comes with extra blankets and a space heater, but it does take some time to warm up the room.

Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Garden area includes grassed area at rear - very relaxing. Close to plazas, museums, cafes. Only 15 min walk to Saqsaywaman.

Very nice hotel in a good location, with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. I would stay there again (but not in the room next to the maintenance storeroom, lol).
