Good location about 10 minute walk from main plaza. Provides breakfast daily from about 5-9am, nice exterior gardens. Hotel can arrange taxi from airport for about $10, which can also be negotiated at airport for about 10-20 soles.

Wi-Fi and hot water can be unreliable

Clean hotel with good size rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant food was very good. We received a room upgrade which was lovely with a jacuzzi bath!

We loved the service. Susana was so lovely and helpful and so were all of the staff. Breakfast was always amazing. My partner and I felt safe at Taypikala and when we needed transport arangements into another town staff helped. We would stay at Taypikala again when we return.

Maybe more comfortable pillows if I had to say something but we were able to get extra pillows. Having room service open until a later time would be even more awesome.

Hotel is a beautiful modern, classy, elegant hotel. Shower is refreshing with plenty of water pressure. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Good coffee! Staff is very nice. Front desk staff speak multiple language.

Shower tub was very slippier. There are handles in shower. I have a bad knee. Had issues climbing in tube. The fee for laundry was ridiculous!! There is a Quick wash on walking distance. It was a few soles. worth the walk.

Nice, clean, spacious room with a view of the town. The bathroom was a little cramped but served it's purpose. The breakfast was very good every morning with eggs, one type of meat, at least 2 types of fruit juice, yogurt, bread, choice of teas and coffee and hot milk. There's even an omelette station on the side every day. The location is extremely convenient, on the edge of the historic center but just of the main road (taxis charge extra if they have to go into the historic center, so if you want to save 50 soles, tell them to drop you off by the road rather than right in front of the hotel). The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get transportation advice and help calling for taxis etc easily.

Water pressure in the shower wasn't the best, but was nice and hot/sufficient for a decent shower.

The room was very big and very modern, with walk-in shower with a rain head, and separate hot tub. Limitless hot water. Comfortable bed, nice lighting, window to the courtyard. Overall it felt really luxurious. Safe with a fingerprint scanner - nice modern touch. Staff was quite helpful. For instance, they helped with extending our stay by 2 nights as we really enjoyed the hotel, and arranged a taxi to the airport. On one night when we were too tired to go out, we ordered dinner to the room from the hotel’s kitchen, and it was reasonably priced and very tasty. Location is nice, quite close to the main attractions and restaurants, but still a bit removed so you can disconnect from the constant action.

Breakfast was a bit of a letdown. On the first day they had omelette station, but not on the following days. Prices for laundry service are exorbitant, with any laundry in the vicinity being much cheaper.

Excellent hotel…huge king bed, very comfortable. Room had lots of space, great little fridge and nice upgrade to room with balcony. Great courtyard area, nice buffet for breakfast. All around wonderful.

It is a bit noisy. You can hear people on your floor, and even on the other floors. Part of the issue, in my opinion, is the heavy, bulky key chains. They make it difficult to unlock and lock the doors and it increases the level of noise.

The location is exceptional. Was near everything I wanted to see. Staff were superb. Courtyard had the biggest hummingbird I've ever seen. Would stay again in a second.

The eggs were a little runny for my taste.

great location, comfortable accommodation including bed, staff very attentions (I had strong attitude sickness on the first day and they were prompt on offering medical support and arranging that for me as well helping me while I was bad in bed), decent breakfast. a small shop next to it and others around have water and other essential supplies for your stay

Hotel is located very near Qorikancha and some supermarkets. The stay was quite comfortable.

The breakfast was not very good served in the dark restaurant, part of which was underground. Only one type of pans, no avocado as in other hotels. Juices didn’t feel as fresh. For box-breakfast nothing to drink was included.
