Great location, clean facilities, great pool if a little chilly. Reception staff very pleasant and willing to help. My parents had a leaking air conditioning unit in their room and were quickly moved when the issue couldn’t be fixed. Beds are comfortable:)

The pool bar was closed for 3 of the 5 days we were there, not ideal to have to keep getting changed and going out for cold drinks in 40c heat. The 360 bar that is on level 3 is within the hotel but not managed by the hotel. It’s a nice bar but a little overpriced, the issue is the noise when people leave. A few signs to remind people that this is a hotel and to show sone consideration would be a good idea. The price is a bit steep for the standard of the hotel, the service was good and the hotel clean, but you are paying for location

The location is fantastic! in the middle of all restaurants and patios. The hotel has parking for 10 euros a day. The pool is great, the rooftop bar is fantastic with a great view of the beach and ocean. They have live music and Dj. The breakfast was great and it was available till 11am, which was great for us, as we like to sleep in. The apartment we stayed in had not 1, not 2, but 3 balconies as it was a corner unit. We had a great view of the ocean, and the center of the city. We got lucky as we were there during the Summer End 2023 Festival. We could watch the stages from our balcony! It was fantastic. The hotel emailed us in advance about the festival, and apologized for any noise or inconvenience due to the Festival. We ere actually happy to be there during such event! We had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The staff is great and very friendly.

The staff were helpful. The room was okay, but it hadn't been updated like some of the other rooms in the hotel. All in all the room was decent. The breakfast was nice and it had good hours. The hotel pool was nice and rooftop bar was pricey but nice as well. The hotel is in the center of town and very close to the beach.

They were late checking us into our room. They did not replenish water in the room everyday. They could have paid a little more attention to detail and decorated the room, it was a little bare. It would have been nice if they provided lotion and replenished the soap dispenser in the bathroom. The bathroom was a little on the smaller side. The paid parking can be difficult to acquire if the hotel is fully booked.

This place is really great, I booked this last minute (the day before arriving) and it has a very good offering: 1. Amazing location - 5 mins from the beach to hotel room 2. Extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff - nothing is too much hassle for them. They are very helpful. 3. Good pool area which gets a lot of sun 4. Great options for breakfast including lots of healthy options 5. Large rooms I would highly recommend this place, I have stayed in a variety of hotels over the years ranging from basic travelodge to 5* luxury and if you looking for a convenient base, good atmosphere without spending a lot, this is your place.

Given the proximity to the restaurants, bars etc, The noise was a little loud as I stayed on the ground floor, but it got much quieter after midnight so was not that bad. Just something to be mindful.

Located within 50 metres of Carvoeiro’s sandy beach and adjacent to the town’s square, this hotel is ideally located and a great place to stay. There is a small car park (10 euros for 24 hours) at the back of the hotel. The hotel is recently refurbished with large bedrooms with a big screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, good wardrobe space, a desk for working, a fridge, easy chair, bathroom with shower, good free wi-fi and comfortable beds. Our room (124) looked out onto the good sized swimming pool area equipped with sun loungers and meant we could step out of our patio doors right to the pool area – perfect!. I recommend a ‘garden or pool view’ room. Sea view rooms could be noisy with traffic and weekend concerts on the beachfront. Reception staff spoke excellent English and were helpful and friendly. We stayed three nights. Despite negative reviews from others, the Sky Bar on the third floor offered us fast, friendly service and was a lovely place to sip wine in an evening with views over the town and seafront. We paid 8 euros a glass for prosecco – more expensive than other restaurants – but still below most UK prices! We loved this hotel and paid £335 for three nights bed only. They don’t serve breakfast and don’t have a restaurant – but within a minute’s walk there are plenty of places serving breakfast and evening meals. We would come again without hesitation. Best location in Carvoeiro!

A shame there was no restaurant!

Staff was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. Breakfast was a buffet and had an excellent selection of items. We especially liked having a balcony overlooking the town, restaurants and beach . So comfortable to sit outside and watch the world go by. Parking at the hotel was very convenient and so happy that they had parking spaces available while we were there. Just a minute walk to the beach. Great location overall for visiting the Algarve.

location - perfectly central to the beach and the town with its abundance of bars and restaurants. pool - small but quiet pool area where you could always get a sunbed and sometimes had it to yourself. Perfect to cool off from the hot sun. room - good size, comfy bed, powerful shower, good maid service, fridge. sky bar - best view, especially for sunset, good cocktails! airport transfer organised by hotel and apart from a slight miscommunication went very smoothly! friendly and helpful staff always. felt safe when alone.

location - also negative due to noise of bars, traffic, loud party goers and birds in the trees at central cafe! maid service - always left balcony door wide open after cleaning which I felt was a little unsafe as access could have been gained and I wouldn’t have chosen to leave the door open when I wasn’t there. facilities - no daytime bar, no restaurant so essentially everyone is self catering. Didn’t bother me but might others. pool - lots of bird feathers and bits floating in it. sunbed mattresses need replacing as they are ripped and uncomfortable. It is a nice hotel but there is room for improvement.

The Hotel is in a great location in the centre of the town and its square and only a short walk (250 mtrs) to the beach which was great (2 sun beds and a brolly was €30 per day) or you could sit on a towel on the beach. There were many bars and restaurants close by, there are no eating facilities at the hotel but we were advised they are due to reopen in April/May next year. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels if required. Our room was on the front with a small balcony and enjoyed a glass or two wines while watching 'the world go by'. The hotel has a small pool which is a good alternative to those not wanting the beach.

The strength of its location can also be a weakness as we heard people in the early hours talking outside having left pubs/clubs which awoke us, rooms to the rear whilst having poorer views would probably be quieter.

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Location of hotel is perfect for access to beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants.. Pool area nice, well kept, relaxing and quiet. Excellent ice-cream! The hotel was spotless in all areas. The bedrooms are uncluttered, with attractive minimal decor.

We had a sea view room with balcony and got quite a bit of noise from the street but we knew about that in advance, it wasn't a problem. The shower was great but extremely slippy and could do with a non-slip mat. Drinks at the Sky Bar are far too expensive.

Amazing location, right in front of the beach! Breakfast is great, lots of choices, and there's an area outside if you want to eat there - no sun, there's shadow all over the area. Perfect! Room is really big and comfortable.

The bathroom has a bathtub that is really hard to get into - it's really high, and there are no handlers for you to hold and pull yourself up... I went with my mom who is 72yo and that can be a struggle.
