My recent stay at your resort was simply outstanding. The service provided by your staff was impeccable, demonstrating a genuine friendliness and attentiveness. The spa and health club provided a serene sanctuary, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. The resort's commitment to cleanliness was commendable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Lastly, the delectable food served at your restaurants was a culinary delight. I highly recommend your resort to anyone seeking an exceptional getaway experience.

Very quiet and extremely attentive personnel. We appreciated the size of the rooms and the quality of your stay. Everything is nicely made to have a comfortable stay, whether you'd want to cook, relax on the patio or simply explore the area.

The coffee machine. It's of a special non-commercial type that obliges you to buy capsules from the reception - this wouldn't be such a problem, even if pricey, but it's highly inconvenient. My experience: I woke up at 6:30 - 7am, out of capsules (one malfunctioned). Had to dress to go to the reception. It was unstaffed - so no capsules for us. Below the reception is the breakfast area..For a moment I thought I had found a solution with the coffee machines from there, only thing they were in cleaning mode for 30mins. So back to the room after 15mins of roaming, still not caffeinated...

Room size was good and room cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. Reception staff was also very friendly.

The breakfast options were not restocked enough. Basic things like water and bread missing from 9:50 and not refilled. Coffee from the machine was disgusting. Ordered an omelette that was completely sweet (we guessed chef had mixed up sugar with salt somehow) the staff were just there to clean tables and very unattentive. Even though we paid for an included breakfast we didn't go 3 of 6 days after being so disappointed. The pool was overcrowded, i.e. there were not enough sunbeds for all guests in August. Went twice and didn't find an available sunbed either times.

Very nice resort with Pool, kids club, gym, apartment with kitchen, washing machine, terrace, huge living room, 2 bedroom, restaurant with Portuguese food and barbecues as well as nice vegan options. Even on the special barbecue events they cooked a special vegan meal for me. Kids oriented. The park is very nice planted

You can tell that the resort was built several Years ago so the furniture (sun lounger in the garden, dish washer) were run down and a little bit broken. The gym also had very old machines, some were broken.

Due to a facility issue, the restaurant was undergoing repair when we arrived so breakfast was served by the pool. There was some confusion between the reception area and the communication to the restaurant staff so too many people showed up at the same time. However, the woman managing the restaurant handled the issue with ease. She directed staff to bring more tables from the restaurant and arrange them around the area to accommodate all guests. Everyone was satisfied and it was seamless. Bravo to her and the entire staff!

The location is far off the beaten path so it is difficult to find at night and it takes longer to get to morning tours such as sea kayaking than the staff suggested.

The self catering townhouse was wonderful. The gym was a fantastic facility. The poolside bar/restaurant & staff were so lovely & helpful. The complimentary train service to & from the town was fantastic. The games room & table tennis area were a great amenity for our daughters.

The indoor pool under repair so not accessible. Also the lack of a communal gathering area for entertainment in the evening, it could add to the experience towards have something like this, apart from the poolside early entertainment.

I loved everything about this stay. I first visited before the pandemic in Nov 2019 when I last visited Portugal, however was staying elsewhere in the area, and discovered the hotel whilst out on a walk, so to be able to stay here was an absolute treat. It was a total R&R vacation, and I did exactly that and the staff were so accommodating. Special mention goes out to the following members of staff who made my trip very memorable: Dueilian, Miguel whose service was impeccable. Also Laura and Juan who were very helpful. Chef Rui Amaral who made the most amazing seafood negro pasta and sea bass dishes and Chef Nidia for her amazing dessert.

The property was looking a little tired in places which could be as a result of the building becoming vacant due to the pandemic and could do with a little renovation

The staff was very pleasant, the facilities were great, the breakfast has a lot of options. The apartment was very comfortable with a lot of space and well equipped kitchen. Special mention to the indoor pull with sauna and jacuzzi.

The fact that the shower is shared between the two bathrooms of the apartment is not very pleasant. Location is not ideal, but the conditions of the resort completely make up for the it. The lighting of the living room could be brighter. The indoor pool schedule was not correct inside of the pool building which led to a misunderstanding when we got told it would close soon on a saturday 1 hour earlier than we thought.

Breakfasts were excellent with unlimited choice of Cooked, choice of Cereals, choice of fresh fruits and Yogurts, freshly made bread and rolls, waiter service for Coffee and Champagne!! Tables were nicely spaced out with table cloths. The standard room was very spacious and well equipped with Fridge, TV had 3 English channels, Zircon was good and very importantly the WiFi was great. We liked the way the rooms were laid out in the complex and were very quiet.

The only thing we would have preferred was thinner pillows. The position of the shower screen meant you had to get into the bath to turn taps on.

Fabulous breakfast , fresh produce and an option to order omelettes etc . The environment of the hotel was lovely , well tended gardens and walkways. The pool was very clean and there are plenty of sun beds, towels provided too. Great shuttle service down to the town which we took advantage of.

Not very much communication regarding activities in the hotel - I think this was rectified at the end of our stay as an engineer came and re set out TV and I did see information on there after he'd finished - but too late for us.
