Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice having the ice cold water dispensers after walking around all day. Mini bar with free mineral water. It’s also nice having the elevator carded.

Happy hour on the roof was great the first night. Second night a tour group had taken over the roof top bar and service was not available . Third night not enough bartenders so happy hour was downstairs. That was fine but the glasses were wet and when my wife grabbed her glass it fell over. Went to the bar to get a towel. He handed me a couple napkins. I told the bartender with spilled the entire drink. He may no offer to remake it. We could not get our room cooled off at night.

The location of the hotel made it tricky to stop to unload luggage - the city was very busy with traffic when we arrived by car - not an insurmountable problem but a minor irritation upon our arrival, and nothing that should affect any decision to stay here.

Excellent location, room had everything for a short stay. Bathroom stocked well. Big window which opened up to a great view looking over the train station. The bar on the rooftop was pretty cool and staff were super helpful at checkin. We didn’t realise you had to reserve a car parking spot ahead of time but they gave us details to another close by as theirs was full and a great discount too!

Slightly dated rooms but still more than ok! Didn’t bother us but if you’re a light sleeper there is a bit of noise from the train station (as expected haha)

The suff was lovely and helpful - for example brought the ironing board and iron to my room. My friend had her birthday during our stay, and got a lovely cake and a personal greeting cars. So lovely, thanks! My room was spacious enough, had everything I needed. The breakfast was good.

Had no view and there was noise outside every night. fortunately I had airplugs with me.

This modern hotel is up a hill from the railway station which is in the centre of Porto and easy to get to. Check in was simple and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. Room was as I wanted, spacious, huge bed with a shower over the bath and a free minibar for water and soft drinks. Great view of the cathedral from my 5th floor room too. A large choice of cooked and continental style food was available for breakfast and I found it to be delicious what I had. Stayed in both evenings as I had come from Braga and had lots of walking and sightseeing trips to still do so relaxing and resting in a quiet room was important which I had the first night. Would stay here again for sure.

Second night was peaceful until about 10pm then from above, sounded like furniture was being dragged across the floor. I guess new guests turned up but the loud voices, banging and clattering that kept going on was a bit of a pain. Not the hotel's fault though and eventually quietened down by the time I wanted to sleep around midnight so all was well.

The location is perfect for walking to many historical sites as well as to a myriad of restaurants and bars. The breakfast was outstanding and filling. The staff members were pleasant and helpful.

Not that it mattered to our stay, but some of our bathroom lights did not turn on. Like many places we have stayed in Europe, a night light in the bathroom would be helpful. But none of that truly mattered to our general approval of the hotel.

The breakfast was fabulous. The staff very friendly and helpful. The family suite was nice, the bed was very hard though, our children said that the sofa bed was ok. Bathroom was ok, although the water flooded everywhere while taking a shower. There could have been a table in the bedroom for our things. A lot of cabinets but no shelves for clothes. Over all a very pleasant stay, I do recommend this hotel. Location was also great, close to Sao Bento station.

I did not like the constant music playing I was in a room where the main speakers were I think I my bathroom it was constant very load Adlai in the bed room which made quiet reading and relaxation after a long walk irritating I had to ask the staff to turn it off or turn it diwn. The turned it down which was a bit better

Good location near to buses and trams if you need them, lots of restaurants and bars right outside the hotel but we couldn’t hear them late at night . We had secure parking for our motorcycle just yards from the hotel , it was a 10 minute walk to the main nightlife area with lots of bars and clubs and about 15 mins to the river and all the restaurants and bars there . The hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful and friendly,

Shutters on windows were impossible to close Only 1 coffee (non decaf) pod per person per day with one tiny creamer. Breakfast was slow being replenished plus it was cold quite often. Rooms need more mirrors and storage. Room for 3 was tiny with the smallest wardrobe ever. We asked the hotel to get us a taxi - we were charged for the calls?!
