The location is good, it’s near the bridge and easy to find good restaurants surrounding. Besides, the breakfast is good, we enjoyed the juice and the bread, it’s good for us. The receptionist is very nice and patient, she had provided details rules for how to living and check out. The parking cost is very reasonable with the discount from the receptionist, so we are very happy to live here! Besides, the room is very comfortable with small kitchen, and we can cook by ourselves once the weather is not so good!

No elevator, so if your luggage is heavy, it’s need some effort to take the luggage if you are live in the higher stock.

Friendly staff, did everything to make sure we knew everything. Took us over to the apartments to show us the entry code to get into the outside door. The entrance is nice and there are safe/lockers here. Stunning big refurbished staircase up to the apartments. The rooms were spacious and clean. I liked the way they have turned one big room into a 2 bed 2 bath apt and still managed to keep the rooms big. Well equipped kitchen area Comfy beds Air conditioning There were 6 of us in our 2 bedrooms and lounge sleeping area. The lounge bed was already made up and there was plenty of space left. With a dining table and 6 chairs and another lounge chair. Lovely big windows with shutters 2 bathrooms I asked if they could, at an extra cost of course, arrange for a birthday cake for our friend who was 50. On the Sunday, Anna brought it to our room with a bottle of Ferriera Port and lovely personally written card . When we went to settle up, we were told that it was a gift from them. It was such an unexpected and lovely gesture. We were 14 people in 3 apartments and had the best time. The main guest apartment was on 2 floors with a garden. So nice.

Only 1 wardrobe in the apartment for 6 which was located in one of the bedrooms. Really would benefit from one for each room. No iron. Couldn't think of anything else at all.

Apartment was clean and nicely decorated, it is in a great location and the building was beautiful. Space was good, beds were comfy and they were nice enough to set up the sofa bed in advance of our arrival. Would recommend.

They didn’t provide a hair dryer and some towels had stains. check in took longer than other places. Cigarette butts were left in the balcony.

Fabulous accommodation with lots of character and style. Spacious with high quality finish throughout. Reception is literally across the road and very helpful. Small supermarket within few minutes walk with vast selection of everything you need for your stay. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Walking distance to tourist attractions

This is a period building so there is no lift and lots of stairs

The stairs were very slippery and there is no handrail. One of the bedrooms was very tight that it was hard to walk around the bed to reach the bathroom. shower floor was also very slippery. while the property was lovely in many ways and appears as pictured—I would not stay here if you are traveling with anyone who is limited/differing physical mobility as the points I mentioned above made for a slightly stressful stay given how carefully we had to move around the apartment to not fall.

The apartment was very beautiful and contemporary. It was very minimalist. The furniture was comfortable and trendy. Appreciated a few coffee pods- enough for one day. Very dark bedrooms. Renovation of the building done beautifully and tastefully.

I don't think the price was fair with the six flights of stairs to get there. The beds were a bit too firm and the pillows lumpy. There were no hooks or wardrobe in the main bedroom. There was no where to put suitcases except on the floor. The provisions were very spartan. There were very thin towels with no spares. I asked for an electric kettle but that was not available. Other kitchen supplies very minimal.

The location is great, you can walk to a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, most tourist attractions are also within the walking distance. The staff were really friendly and helpful during our stay. The rooms are really comfy and clean, loved it a lot!

The TV was in Portuguese and we weren't able to connect it to our own device. Our apartment was on the ground floor next to the front door and you can hear everything, i mean EVERYTHING. If you need a quiet place to sleep, then this is probably not the best option for you. The streets were fairly quiet in the night but you could hear every movement and every word in the corridor.

The lady on reception was friendly, helpful, nothing was a problem. We were there for a birthday and asked for a cake. The cake was so nice and they left a lovely bottle of Feriera Port and message for the birthday guest and folded towels and rose petals on the beds. Such a lovely touch.

Only thing i could think of was it Could do with an iron in the room. Some of the guests in other rooms said the shower went cold but ours was fine.

Everything was great. Very central location, the flat was amazing, we had coffee machine, market was at the next corner, staff was very helpful. Strongly recommend this hotel.

There was no elevator, which was very okay with us, and we knew it already. For people with mobility problems, this should be taken into consideration.
