Location was great. Bed was very comfortable with lovely clean white sheets. Good wardrobe space but bedroom was small. Lighting by bedside would be good. Great shower but bathroom was dissapointing, better lights and bath towels needed. Not luxurious. Kitchen corner with fridge was a plus. Good for a short stay and great location close to centre. Host answered my messages promply and we were able to access the appartment early which was great. I would return to this property again

The space in appartment was good as in photos but it did not feel or look luxurious like a hotel bedroom would. The balcony with seats was nice to have but needed a little attention.

The apartment was in a brilliant location and was a great size for 3 adults. Beds were comfortable and aircon was a lifesaver in the 36c heat. Great facilities and felt comfortable and safe.

The floors could use a more thorough clean. They definitely had been cleaned when we arrived as apartment was spotless but they are just that type/colour of floor that hides the dirt however our white socks showed it up straight after we areived and had a quick shower.

Located in a central location in Porto, easy check in, good size rooms and clean.

one of the room has no window and closet. 11.00 AM is too early for check-out and 3.00 PM is too late for check-in. There was construction next door, jackhammering started at 8.00 AM.

We got terrace unit apartment, kids enjoyed stay there. Location was very good, close to train station, bus stand and city center. Price was little high, smooth check in process.

Poor lighting in apartment, TV doesn't have YouTube or Netflix. No washing machine. I was not able to extend booking and owner forced to leave. I went for arranging another accommodation and owner changed unit access code which was terrible for us as our luggage inside apartment.

Location! A great apartment for a couple with children.

I had requested a photo of the 2nd bedroom and did not get a response. It is a very small room with no windows or closet. We were 2 solo travelers so staying in the 2nd bedroom was a challenge.

Location and clean and comfortable apartment! Air conditioner in every room.

No hooks or selves in bathroom to hang your towel or put your toiletries.

The location was perfect. It was easy to go to the touristic places and it is very near the shopping areas. In general, it was clean and nicely decorated. Very spacious.

There were no lights in the terrace so we could not enjoy it at night. The lights on top of the kitchen stove was also not working. The toilet flush was not working all the time, we had to push the lever forcefully to fill it with water and there are no locks to the bath room. The lever to change the temperature of the shower was broken and the shower holder is also falling off.

It’s location was brilliant.

After arriving at the property at 3pm, we entered the apartment only to find it hadn’t been cleaned or prepared for our arrival. It took a while to actually speak to somebody, then when we did, we were transferred to a clean apartment where we stayed for the duration of our holiday.

Great location, this is the second time we've stayed in this building and we would do it again. Apartment was very clean.

We had a problem with mosquitoes in the apartment, we didn't know where they were coming from. A shower caddy in the shower would be useful.

Location is very convenient, it had air conditioning and everything overall was very good

Shower stand is partially broken. It can still be used, but not as conveniently. Also, the chairs in the kitchen are a bit wobbly and need some screwing. Finally, the sofa bed in the living room isn't very comfortable for sleeping.
