Breakfast in restaurant Joni was excellent. Location was perfect and the staff could not have been more helpful helping me get around town, whether it was calling a taxi for me or explaining how to navigate the subway system's new method of payment.

My only minor complaint was that the feather duvet on the bed was too hot for a really comfortable night's sleep unless the air conditioning was turned way down. But I'm from Florida and used to a room temperature of 74 degrees or so, year round, so this is probably just me!

Hands down best service, best staff and overall relaxing stay for my family and I. From the front desk staff, the staff in JONI restaurant, to the guy that took us out in the hotel car, to the lady that cleaned our room. We were always well taken care of in any and every aspect, whether it be food, transportation or even an extra robe brought to our room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Location was also a big plus as it was close to most of the things we wanted to see.

I was offered an upgrade and accepted at a truly modest cost; all front desk staff as well as the concierge were sincerely friendly and patient - not plastic, sticky phony. The espresso machine was great - very comfortable room.

As with many North American cities, Toronto seems to be going through some kind of building and redesign mania; Yorkville seems to have lost some of its charm and class - with more "muffler wars" and loud base car-music than in the past...

Of all the hotels I've ever stayed in, the Park Hyatt takes the cake. So first of all, when we told reception it was our honeymoon, they immediately sent up macaroons and sparkling water (they sent up champagne but they switched it because we don't drink). The suite we booked was incredibly spacious, and so well-organized. The room was cleaned several times a day, and the concierge Tariq was a delight. Aaron at reception was a huge help in helping my husband track down his missing suit at One King West (the other wonderful half in the stressful saga). Our stay at the Park Hyatt was wonderful, only accented by the wonderful neighbourhood of Yorkville. I am not sure when our travels will bring us back to Toronto, but when we are back, we will definitely stay at the Park Hyatt again.

Friendly staff and great timing on room service. Location perfect.

The t.v. being stationary couldn't see it properly from the sofa and seating area. Should be on a swivel. The showers are extremely dangerous, slippery especially for seniors. Need grab/hand rails on the wall side as only handle available to grab is on the door which isn't stable and would not hold up to stop any fall.

Great location, lovely staff, cool art. We didn't like the guest room as it had no desk space that we needed and we were quickly offered another room that suited our needs much better without having to ask.

The restaurant was disappointing - although stylish, in an odd location sort of in the lobby and the food was average. Room service equally disappointing - really oversalted pastas.

I loved how considering the chefs were with my food sensitivities. The food was absolutely delicious. The service exceeded my expectations, and the hotel room was very clean and spacious. The whole hotel was absolutely beautiful.

It would be great if the gym had more equipment, with a greater range in weights.

The bed has underneath a light that detects movement and it lights up, it’s fine for a night light but it goes on every time you move just a bit. Also we experienced much noise at the aisle of rooms.

The accommodations & staff associated with room use were great. Food menu, food quality was definitely not 5 Star.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. I loved the art deco furniture. I was able to sleep very well in that comfortable, quiet room. The amenities were quite good.

Minor detail: I wish they had been slightly more generous with the coffee capsules and creamer.
