I loved the exhibit, I thought it was so unique to have a museum in the lobby and upstairs area, it was honestly the driving point to come to the hotel. After arriving though the staff were so friendly and very helpful including the speedy valet it exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean and a nice touch for a relaxed weekend! I would highly recommend this place and will be returning the next time I'm in Chicago for the weekend, Huge thanks to everyone I dealt with!!

maybe a better selection of drinks in the mini bar, but honestly its really hard to talk about what I didn't like, THE PLACE WAS MORE THAN GREAT!!!

The Employees in reseption were unqualified. I recommend you to make amendatition. They charged our credit card 2x times and we waited 5 days to get our 1000usd back. What if I dont any other money ?

I had a great time at this place. The room was spacious and the people very friendly and helpful. Each of my requests, whether for additional coffee, ice, hot water or an umbrella - have been met and taken care of immediately from the front desk and housekeeping. They were also always open for a chat or support. Furthermore, everytime I had a question about directions or seemed to need help, Jose was there and helped or gave me the neccessary directions to get where I needed to go. And all this during busy and surely fully booked marathon week - great service! I can recommend this place and look forward to go there again. THANKS to everyone for making it a great stay!

The location was wonderful. We took the subway train from Midway to downtown and only walked a few minutes to get to the hotel. Many of our destinations were within walking distance. The hotel’s cleanliness was a plus! Our family also felt we had ample room. The bathroom was also roomy!

The art wasn’t my style, but it’s a great concept.

Great location. The room was very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The amenities in the room were also good. The location is amazing with most of the top things to visit in just the walking distance. The staff was helpful and we could drop our luggage with the hotel staff even after check out. The hotel itself is a museum with interesting displays!

It would have been good to have a provision of a water boiler and some cutlery in the room. Also, the bathroom door was kinda jammed.

Staff were immensely polite and helpful. Doors were opened for us, taxis were grabbed for us, everyone was wonderful. Location was perfect, 1 block from Michigan Avenue. Room was very clean and we had everything we needed. Decor was simple and modern.

Room was a bit on the small side and price was a bit above what I was looking for, but everything worked out well. Air temperature in room was set very low when we first walked in, but better after we adjusted it.

My partner and I stayed at 21c for a short weekend trip and the location was perfect. All of the main tourist attractions we wanted to visit were about a 20-30 minute walk. The lobby and staff were great! The water pressure in the shower was perfect. the gallery is pretty small but it’s nice to relax. Lure Fishbar, the restaurant connected to the hotel is absolutely delicious and was a great experience.

The room itself was a good space but the bed was a bit uncomfortable, you sink into the bed. Room service is only done on request and it was pretty unclear on how you request it.

I did not have breakfast or eat at the restaurant but my fiance did and she loved both Breakfast and the fish restaurant. Loved the location, brewery and movie theater right across the street, many things within walking distance imo. ~20 min or less walk to get to a lot of different things. Place was clean and spacious.

We did not find the bed very comfortable. And we wished the room had a mini fridge that wasn't stocked for our left overs. Other than those 2 minor things, our stay was amazing.

i would have fiven this Hotel a perfect score but for the difficult team member who did her best to Customer shame when we tried to order Room Service. ( That ended with cancelling the order and ordering elsewhere). I had coffee and a bagel in the restaurant alone, and it was delish. it was also not explained to me on check in that there was no servicing of the room unless requested and I returned after a very long day out and was somewhat disappointed that coffee etc had not been refilled.

The space is beautiful and I LOVED the museum pieces. The small touches in the room We’re awesome! From the coffee machine to the gold detail it was very beautiful and intentional. I also love that the hotel had real cable! Not 5 channels but they had a good number of options. Also having a restaurant in the hotel Made things pretty convenient as well as having a Trader Joe’s across the street. The hotel staff was awesome and very accommodating. I do wish there was a refrigerator in the room and a bigger elevator because the wait for the elevator was a bit long. Other than that I loved it - one of my best hotel experiences.

The hotel needs either more elevators or bigger elevators to decrease wait time. A lot of people were waiting after they checked in so that wait time could’ve been decreased if they had more elevators.
