The room was very nice. Large TV screen. Beds very comfortable and an excellent location. One of the best hotels I have stayed so far

that I could only stay 1 day...

after first day when we have asked for cleaning our room and indeed they have changed the lingerie but the floor and the carpets they haven’t been vacuumed at all+ we didn’t had any glass replacement or minibar refilled! on the Coffe side only 2 condensed milk only !

spacious, nice decor, lovely bathroom, clean and comfortable bed. I felt at home.

The hotel is very centrally located, within easy reach to tourist attractions as well as public transport. The room type I booked (classic king) is quite big, nicely decorated.. Very good WiFi. Staff is generally friendly. Late check out was provided at no cost, which was really great, given my very late arrival at the hotel. I would say this is a pretty standard 5 star hotel, nothing really stands out as extraordinary.

Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as I would have expected. Upon a very brief inspection, once entering the room, I found hair on the shower floor in quite plain sight, also on one of the large towels that were placed under the bathroom sink. Another one found on the bed, next to one of the pillow. Certain surfaces had dust on them. When I tried to call the reception to talk about this(which upon check in I was told repeatedly that for everything I would need, I can always call them), nobody picked up, despite several tries. Given the very late time of the night I arrived and being quite tired, I gave up trying to call them.

In one word - Perfect !! Its an experience of luxury with an affordable cost. The hotel is tremendously beautiful, everything kept and well maintained. Even the basic classics room, in which we've stayed, gave us the feeling of Royalty. Staff were super attentive and pleasant, especially at Breakfast. It took them one breakfast to understand us and give us the feeling of home when we came again. Breakfast itself was very reach and moreover fresh and tasty. Special compliments to Gabriela who was making the personal omelette. She gave us the feeling of a mother who takes care for us with Love. We would definitely grade this hotel as one of the best we've ever visited. Thank You !!

Nothing ! Realy Nothing !

The room was wonderful, comfortable, and well designed. Probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We made an error on the dates and pre-paid so we needed to change or dates and the hotel made the change for us. Great!

For the money the breakfast could have been a little better. The sauce on the eggs benedict was not so good and on the next day I had an omelet. No so good either. Also... Not their fault but the hotel was a Hilton before a major upgrade and Google Maps still thinks it a Hilton. Be sure you are going to the correct hotel (not the old intercontinental) since you will not want to miss this wonderful place!

Mind-blowing !!! The ambiance, internal architecture and design are fantastic, the attention to detail of the facilities, towards comfort and utility inside the rooms is amazing. The reception staff was extremely responsive -for example, we we asked that the room of our 3 grandkids be 'not too far' from our King Room (for the two adults) and ... they put the two rooms at just 2 meters apart. The breakfast was just great. Special requests were immediately accommodated in the room. The pool was great in terms of how access is organized and cleanness of the floor is maintained (people who get in with shoes are requested to put plastic slippers on their shoes). The Valet (forgot his name) who accompanied our departure had a great discussion with me and he sounded like a Romanian Journalist and a man I share values with (while we were waiting for 15 minutes with an Uber driver who promised to pick us to the airport and was late - at the end when we gave up on the arrangement with the Uber driver who stood us up, the Valet fixed us with a good alternative cab). I think the relative benefit to cost ratio is the highest of any hotel I have ever attended in the EU or US (a convoluted way to say that it was relatively low cost for such a high-class hotel). The benefit and enjoyment were enormous!

at breakfast two of the waitresses were a bit too eager to serve. It is better to tone it down a bit (too much of a good thing is sometimes too much). But this was a minor effect. However, the waitress Eckaterina (if I recall her name) from the Philippines, was not affected by this overzealousness, she just had it the right conduct, most fitting a high-class hotel like yours. On another topic, the pictures hung on the walls inside our two specific rooms were not to our liking - we would be happy to provide details offline (by email) to the hotel management. Minor issues, have not really detracted from the great feeling that accompanied our stay...

- Great service in general, especially at breakfast they are always doing one step more to give the best service - very clean & modern room - one of the best location in Bucharest for tourists - the bed was very comfortable, even when there was a wedding downstairs we could still have a good night sleep. We were at the 2nd floor.

- The fitness/spa was clearly not renovated - The reception team was relatively young and missing some experiences. As a five start hotel they should be a bit more willing to give more advice to clients

Staff was really nice and attentive, very friendly and always helpful. When we had an issue with a coffee machine in the room they immediately brought us fresh capuccino and changed the machine. Ordering of the shuttle, later checkout, room service were great. And also nice location and very good free wifi.

The bar is very small and in the period of corporate NY parties it’s hard to find a nice table. Also I didn’t find a lobby bar, which would be good to sit down and work.

it was comfortable, nice big rooms. The food in the Italian restaurant was amazing. In general the staff was nice. Just one/two exceptions.

We celebrated NYE there and there was no place to have even a cup of tee after 1 p.m. on the 1-nd of January. We kindly ask the manager of the restaurant where we can go nearby and he responded very arrogant and rude. If you stay there do not ask Vladimir( the restaurant manager) about anything whatsoever.
