- professional welcome, including out of the ordinary unexpected complimentary anniversary celebration - great room, very comfortable - good location if you're interested in attractions (Universal Studios amusement park - must visit, Dolphin Island, SEA Aquarium, Adventure Cove Waterpark, lots of restaurants, etc) - complimentary refillable drinking water and ice throughout the hotel - big pool area with own custom made beach (sand and rocks in the pool), also includes a long swimming pool and a splash zone for kids - has EU sockets

- no actual beach nearby - pool sunbeds are extremely uncomfortable, they are old and unmaintained - annoying access barrier for going to the pool, if you have a baby stroller it's a nightmare to get pass it. There's also an annoying "wash your feet" mini pool at the door which you can't get past by without going into it everytime - has a hot tub jacuzzi but the water is always cold - could have included a kids club or something

Very clean and the staff are very helpful. The twin room was spacious enough for our family of 3 and the complimentary drinks in the mini bar were a nice touch. We weren’t expecting a balcony too but this was great and came in handy to dry our swimmers. The breakfast buffet as Sessions was amazing and we were just disappointed we didn’t get to enjoy it on our last morning as we had to leave for the airport at 6:30am and it doesn’t open until after 7am.

The room was extremely dark which is great when you want to sleep well, but not so great when trying to pack late at night or early in the morning as it’s hard to see what you’re doing. The bathroom also has terrible lighting and no windows for natural daylight. There is a lot of building work going on around the hotel which is understandable given the resort is investing in improving attractions and facilities but they were still jackhammering at 8pm in the evening. There was no relaxing by the pool. It was just unfortunate but not a big issue as the double glazed windows and doors blocked the noise while in our room. We would still like to return one day to see the changes.

Location is easy access to experience Universal Studios, clean facilities, friendly staff who went above and beyond and always with a smile and the pool area is fantastic! The Delux twin room was spacious enough for the 4 of us.

Limited access to food at the resort with a 45min wait time for room service; Only 1 access was open to use the pool area and you need to step up into and walk through a water feature/feet washing station. We saw a lot of people struggle with this especially for those with small children or if any one had mobility issues; One of the reasons to stay here was access to the rest of Sentosa Island however a lot of the island’s facilities / restaurants/ activities are closed at the moment so we found ourselves using the monorail to access Vivo shopping center and MRT every day.

The location is good if you are going USS. We enjoyed the pool especially the jacuzzi in the morning as there were lesser people. Staff was happy to assist when we were told that there's no breakfast for our stay when we checked in even though booking.com clearly stated breakfast included. Problem was solved in a short while.

I wish there was a door to close off the toilet. As I was staying in connecting rooms with my teens kids, they felt awkward showering behind glass door with the rest of us around and also good to have hooks to hang towel and clothes while we shower.

Amazing pool setup with several pools, a fake beach, a swim up bar and volleyball court. Rooms were large and luxurious, beds were soft, bathrooms were beautiful. Breakfast buffet was first class. Plenty of food and beverage options on site or within a short walk.

Just about the only real negative was the room rate which was on the high side (although average for Sentosa). Also the poolside cabanas sat unused because they are so expensive to hire, which makes no sense.

The pool area and location is outstanding. But the opening hours shall be prolonged to 10pm rather than 8pm.

The black mould on the grout of joints of shower floor and wall reduces the hotel's rating class and client's perceptions.

Great hotel in a good central location, easy access to shops, free monorail, universal, restaurants and casino. Close to rail network so no need for taxi. Staff were terrific. An amazing pool area.

Hotel needs double queens in rooms for families rather than trundles. Expensive to stay here, would have expected breakfast for the price. Beers and cocktails are soooo expensive. Shower cold and low pressure. Having said this I would stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff

The room's aircon is freezing. Tried raising the themostat up to 30°C but it didn't work. Called the technician to try to fix it but it doesn't seems to work. Ended switching off the AC most of the time.

clean in general, however the toilet seat had some yellowish liquid spots on it. it was removed easily with a piece of tissue not sure why it was missed during room preprations. counter were probably new, now that tourism re opened since covid situation stabilised, check in staff had to consult colleagues a few times during the process. the final price she quoted upon chk turned to be wrong (a lower amt) upon chk out. we even clarified the price she wrote on paper twice, but was still wrong. the chk out staff gave the reason that she wss prob new…

Location was superb

The bar area was a real let down, Arrived the first night , went to bar for a small meal only to be told it would take 11/2 hours to arrive, virtually told us not to bother, had a drink and went to room. No drink or food service around the pool, had to go inside to order, tried to order drinks from the menu only to find man behind the bar had to look up on his phone how to make the drink from the menu. This happened a few times.they left the glasses in the pool areafor 2days, when it was quiet the food and drinks would arrive earlier. Alot more needs to straightened out . Have to check out through the pool area and come into foyer wet to order. Needs to be access to the bar to order food for family .
