The location was simply excellent, within walking distance to main attractions of Sentosa island and both, the cable car and train, to reach the other sides of the island. Has a shopping mall on the ground floor, a collection of restaurants just outside and just a hop to universal studios. Their breakfast selection was also superb.

The room service food menu could be better, I would rather go out and grab a bite than oder from their service menu; which they serve in takeout boxes, (to be more green) but not worth the money or the taste. Their lobby is nice to sit but not much to offer in terms of food, which they have a self serving checkout food shelf.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. special mention to the bar staff who linked us up with Rock Bar to help us open a coconut we bought from NTUC. the staff also took special care to decorate the room for our anniversary celebration.

there is renovation going on so it was disruptive when we wanted to take a nap in the day. there were also teething issues with the room like shower takes a while to warm up. the breakfast and pool area is a walk away too.

The hotel is spacious, the staff friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of stations (bread/pastries, noodle/soup, congee, dimsum, hot food, waffles, egg/omelette, fruits/cheese and cold cuts, juices/coffee/tea), the hot food section changed daily (we were there for 3 days). They have a water and ice machine per floor and in your room they provide you with an ice bucket and water jug to refill at your leisure. The rooms are also equipped with a ceiling fan on top of the AC. Apart from the usual amenities, they also provided a hand held steamer along with the hair dryer. It was easy to get to the monorail and walking distance from Universal Studios and the aquarium. There were a lot of things to see and do. We had 3 children below the age of 5 with us and it was easy to maneuver with the prams.

They had hard floors in their rooms which wasn't cleaned daily. Their food outlet only serves breakfast, the lobby has snacks and drinks you can purchase, and i think room service was 24/7 but otherwise you will need to find someplace else to have lunch and dinner which isn't too far off from the hotel.

the ambience

1)there is no bidet in the toilet 2)there is no iron in the room. The steamer is not practical as there is no hanging place for clothes to use the steamer

Everything. Clean, spacious modern rooms. Awesome facilities and so many free accessories in the room. Free bottles water delivered daily, tooth brushes, shampoo, conditioner etc. check in and out was a breeze. So fast and so accomodating storing our bags once we checked out as we had a long time before our flight.

I can’t fault anything. Everything was perfect.

Very good location for all our activities at the island. Excellent customer service. Value for money.

Breakfast was combined with 4 other hotels and we had to wait in long lines to get a table, with kids this was very tideous and not a comfortable experience. I had to skip breakfast for second day... Very unpleasant experience here.

Room air con not working correctly so we were moved to up grade. Free. So was good. The food in restaurants for breakfast was more of Indian and Chinese food not western. Unless you ask for it. Poor selection. Really for price paid Got messed around regarding room a lot of confusion by hotel

The room booked on booking, there is no room after arriving at the store, Freddie and Simran help us upgrade to luxury suite for free,very nice， thank you very much.

I hope the poo and gym finish as soon as possible

Staff were great. We arrived about 6 hours before check in time and they gave us our room early. Breakfast and service really good. The location was great for all of Sentosa and free monorail back and forth if you were staying there.

Great location with access to Universal Studios , the aquarium, water park and other activities . Easy access to the mono rail to move around the island and to get back to the mainland
