It is a nice hotel. Staff friendly, good Internet connection, very reach breakfast, confortabil bed and confortabil carpet, full fridge with a lot of selection. The room it was big, and nice. I love that they had ear cotton stick. Nice lovely and warm night gown. Maybe the light could be stronger. In rest everything OK.

The bathroom it was clean, the mirror without stain and the shower very clean ,but I have found some hair on the floor that it was not mine, some dust on tea plate..., and the remote control for air conditioner it was wrapped with tape....unexpected..., and there is no coffee, black tea and milk in the room. In rest everything it was OK.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, polite and well prepared, it was a pleasure to be welcomed by them. The room was quiet, there was a large Philips TV in the room which was very, very nice. The price of the room was ok. I liked the breakfast, simple but exactly what I needed.

The bathroom could have been washed and cleaned better. There was a bit of smell. Also, during the night, at 4 AM or so it was very cold, I woke up because of this and had a little headache. Other than this, everything was ok.

The spa with sauna and whirlpool was nice. sIt costs an extra of 120 lei but it was worth it after a long trip in the car to enjoy the evening.

The breakfast and coffee was not good. So i would recommend sleeping there but i would not purchase a breakfast. It was extremely hot in the room even though it was mid may and the temperature was perfect outside.

Room was huge, very nicely designed and comfortable. Bathroom was great and shower was OK. Gym was small but workable. Location was comfortable for trips to the south of Brasov.

Sauna/spa was prohibitively expensive - 120 lei per room for 1 hour!! Might as well say there's no spa at all at this ridiculous price.

Breakfast, was a little low, even if they had a lot of products, but for 1-2 days, it is OK It is not walking distance from city center, but we knew this... sooo.... not bad, but to keep an eye on this Some staff from the breakfast were... not necessary rude, but for sure not polite (the senior there, was really polite, making up for them)

Great location (3 mins on foot from a bus stop. 10 mins with a bus and you are in very center of Brasov). Big, private parking space. Modern building equipped with elevators. Big, super clean and cozy room with big and super comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast.

Toilet paper is a scarce resource, think twice before you go to toilet....

The location is well suited for business travelers. Parking is large enough and I had no trouble to find a free parking lot. Staff was friendly and the check-in was trouble-free.

Breakfast was all right, however nothing exceptional. Did not appreciate that one of the staff member sneezed over the food he was bringing on the table, given the pandemic psychosis we have been passing through lately.

Good room equipment; excellent bathroom; comfortable bed; convenient free parking.

Breakfast could be more delicious; located relatively far from the historical center of the city; view from our window (room 309) could have been better.

lets skip the breakfast, its all the same everywhere, Perfect room , big room with all you need inside TV , Cauch, Minibar, nice shower with sexy bath outside the badroom Clean rooms and Hotel, good location park in front of the door, 5 min drive to old Brasow town, where you also can park your car very easy ,

The staff and managers were great Kind friendly helpful respectful and supportive

Maybe water pressure in bathroom should be more stronger
