The location of the hotel is great for anyone who needs to stay close to the campus of the Slovak Academy of Sciences or the university hospital "Kramáre". It is close to an urban highway, however the room was soundproof and very silent at night. The bus stops for the city center or the Commenius University campus are within walking distance, and a very nice restaurant/brewery is right across the street. The room was spacious, cosy and clean, and the breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has met all my expectations and I will definitely return again when travelling to Bratislava.

The only thing I was missing in my room, was a hair dryer. Please note, that the hotel has 3 floors, with single rooms located primarily on the top floor. The escalator goes up to the second floor, and you will have to take the stairs to reach the third floor.

Staff was nice, polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean.

Blood stain was on the pillow cover. No hair dryer. Only one electric socket near bed.

The only thing I would add as a negative is the location from the town center in Bratislava can be quite far, so without a car, I don't really recommend this hotel if you want to go out and eat/drink without taking a bus or taxi, but we had a car so it was ok for us. The traffic can get a bit heavy at times when leaving the hotel area though.

I was quite surprised by how much I liked some of the food. - Great mall ~15 minutes away (Bory Mall), OMV gas station very near. - Even though the trains pass quite close, the rooms were quiet enough and we rested very well. In short, I would come back :).

- The rooms were a bit dark. The lighting is not the greatest. - There are only a few tight parking places. Luckily you can park across the street, with two wheels on the sidewalk.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to reach and the free parking is a great plus. The location is about 3.5 km away from the old town, but you can always use Bolt ( it's like Uber) to get to the center for the price of 5-6 euro. There is a bus stop nearby as well. Overall, it is a good place for its value.

The only thing was the shower. The shower head is a bit small, and you are a bit constricted, but it gets the job done .

The room is clean and well equipped with a refrigerator. The stuff are friendly.

Be aware of 2 things: the hotel is in residential area in between 2 streets with buses, you may need to drag your luggage walking up and down for 5 minutes and across the street. There is no restaurant, shops around, they only do breakfasts. To get in, You have to get a code or call a number , because no receptionist present as regular hotels. That can be very inconvenient being locked outside and if you don’t know how to handle it like me. The 2nd is communicating, no receptionist there and one woman did not know English at all. I spent 15 minutes to be sure there would be someone there to let me in later on, I was very frustrated .

The receptionist who greeted us was extremely kind and helpful in letting us use the hotel’s clothes dryer as we had driven in the rain on a motorbike and our clothing was wet. She went out of her way to make our stay more comfortable and we appreciated this very much. Although the hotel’s dining room was not open for dinner, she suggested a restaurant only 5 minutes away on foot and we enjoyed our meal there. The breakfast offered by the hotel was plentiful and delicious. The hotel, while perhaps a bit dated, is comfortable and welcoming and we would stay there again were we to ever return to Bratislava.

The quiet surrounding & beautiful decor in the room, hotel & restaurant. My room has a view of the hilltop residential area and night was beautiful and got to see sunrise around 6am. The bed was comfortable and has a large pillow and the bathtub make my stay a wonderful one. The breakfast has plenty choices including warm food and the toaster for my bread with butter & honey was delicious

Despite a bit away from the city centre there are frequent tram and busses so not so much of a problem.

Really comfortable and well thought-out room with excellent a/c. Loved having a full sized bath in the bathroom too! Friendly staff, everything looks like the photos. Wi-Fi works well. It was a very nice place to stay.

The location is a little far from the centre for that price. But it can be easily reached on bus 83 or 84 from the centre (make sure you buy a ticket to get you back to the centre as there are only ticket machines at major bus stops).

We liked the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, and it was very spacious. Very comfortable rooms great location easy to find and easy to reach the city center. Parking is not a problem at all as there were many places on the street.

Breakfast was not great. Although there were some traditional local foods, like cheese, we couldnt find overall cutlery clean as how it was for the room. People were not very kind, No matter breakfast was included in our price, in the morning while having our breakfast, the lady asked my wife who doesnt speak english well, what was our room number in a rude attitude and that made us feel like we were doing something wrong. ıt wasnt very good to stay happy during our stay.
