Good Location near Palma and the airport.

S'Arenal doesn't seem like a great area though for staying long term. We only stayed a night as we landed very late at night and couldn't get a rental car

On arrival we were offered a drink, which I have only ever had in much more expensive hotels... the room was a very good size, and very clean and tidy throughout. The bathroom was also clean with an excellent shower. Yes it's not the most luxurious hotel but it doesn't claim to be... It is five minutes walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops close by, and the bus to Palma and the airport leaves right outside. I really couldn't fault it

The only (minor) negative was wanting to charge to use the safe in the room. Never come across that before... but it's a trivial thing

A short distance from the nearest beach. The balcony from the room was great to catch a little view from the sea and the sunset (at least partially). Not very far from the airport (didnt hear airplanes)! A short distance (by car/bus) from Palma if you want to vist the city but not stay in the city!

Breakfast was great but altough the food was exposed, one had to ask a lady precisely what he wanted from that "buffet". The swiming pool closed earlier and opened later than I needed for my late and early swims. Still too urban/citadine for someone seeking relax and nature.

Clean and functional, room was comfortable and nicely laid out. The staff were friendly and reception 24/7 so helpful as our plane was delayed. Great location for the beach and restaurants but at the end of the action so quiet for a good nights sleep. (This was in May si might get rowdier later on in the season) Bus stop is so close for travel into palma old town and central bus station. Super close to airport but wee were never bothered by plane noise at all. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy, loads of options with specials every day. The kitchen clearly took pride in making it special

We only had one chair on our balcony so could have done with two. We didn’t end up spending much time out there. Would be nice to be able to log into Netflix (or other apps) on tv to watch in English but we didn’t end up needing that so very minor. Bigger towels would be nice but this is a problem I have everywhere, how small is the avg human being??

Arenal is a small village near Palma, and due to it being the playground of German tourists, the prices are lower than at Palma. This hotel is away from the noisy/drunk/party zone, but close enough to walk to the beach; it is very quiet at night, too. The staff at reception was fantastic, really helpful with tips, the check-in and out, general recommendations, etc. The hotel itself is super clean and the room is comfortable and light. It depends on what the purpose of your trip is, but as a base to explore the island, it's perfect - you can easily park in the area (unlike Palma) and there are direct buses to the airport and to Palma. A great value for money and with excellent service.

Nothing - we were very happy with this hotel. Be aware that Arenal is a very popular destination with German and Dutch tourists looking for cheap drinks and party, so it's not exactly the most beautiful area of the island. But the hotel is great.

The room was immaculate, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Organised us a cab for the airport. Made us fresh packed lunch as we had an early flight so would have missed breakfast. This hotel was pleasantly surprising and I felt really safe there.

I couldn’t fault this hotel for the price and how welcoming the staff were. There is also a lovely restaurant just across the street which serve fresh food and drinks.

Well organized hotel; friendly personnel; rooms with balcony; breakfast good value and selection for 9 EUR, easy walking distance to the Arenal beach, but far enough out of the hustle bustle; good WiFi and AC; we also liked the bar just across the road, haha

There was a technical problem with their hydraulic system, so we had no hot water for 1 day, but then it was solved; we had a balcony, but the view was into a rather ugly backyard, but well

Booked a suite but was really 4 beds in one room. But the room was cleaned every day, plenty of warm water for showers, air con that worked and a pool good enough for children. Front of house staff was friendly and the breakfast room staff superb. Breakfasts were great.

Some of the very loud drunks outside from time to time but that's not the hotel's fault!

Nice hotel - about 10 min to go to the beach and main street with cafes and shops. Good breakfast. Helpful personnel - especially the guy from Ukraine at the reception. Internet was ok. There is elevator. Bus stop (23 - to the city center of Palma and A51 to the airport) is just 1 min to walk from the hotel. On your way to the beach there is a nice restaurant to have dinner - just about one block from the hotel. There is a balcony.

The room was rather small and very basic.

Friendly staff, nice location. We checked in as a last minute booking after a cancelled flight, and was a great place to rest our heads after a long day! Breakfast was nice

Would of liked a room to change in after checking out late other than a bathroom... but its not a huge hotel and the bathroom was adequately sized so no real issue
