Good selection of food and well cooked. Lovely outlook from balcony, but daughter not so good at back. Lovely walks in the forest across.

Very noisy entertainment late at night. Objected at the ruling of 3 alcoholic drinks with dinner and lunch and having to pay deposit for cup during day. Surely with "all inclusive" one should be able to have a drink of wine before dinner (in a glass). As it was it spoiled our evenings as we like an early dinner being of advanced years! Yes, restrict the alcohol, but it could be 6 glasses over the day of alcohol if one has to have such a rule. Would not have booked "all inclusive" had we known prior.

Based off the reviews, I thought this hotel would be average. I actually had a really nice time. The food was delicious, and different every night, including between lunch and dinner. The location was fantastic for us (next to the water park and bus stop into Palma/Airport). The balcony was facing residential area, but it was still nice to have one. The pool was quiet, enough sunbeds for everyone (we came in mid-May), and a real mixed crowd of people. The area seems to be quite German in terms of activities, but we spoke English/Spanish so we were fine everywhere. Just not used to people approaching us and speaking German! Overall, this is the nicest hotel that I've stayed at in a long time. Excellent value for money.

Very nice hotel located within 10 minutes from the main beach. There are also several very beautiful beaches but within a little bit longer distance. In cases it is needed the bus stop is next to the main entrance. The staff is very kind and helpful. We were during the high season and there wasn’t any problem to find a place at the pool or restaurant. The food was great with sufficient diversity. Great beer and wine that you can enjoy on the big terrace next to the pool. WiFi works everywhere without any problems

Small rooms with poor noise protection. Every movement outside the room reflected inside.

The hotel is well located, the commodities are good and the restaurant serves good meals, simple but well prepared recipes

The mattress is too soft, is time for a replacement

Room on 2nd floor base so not so high . breakfast and all meals was very good for this money we pay. We know that location very well . we like it as lot of local people around.

room was small , mattress was bit smelly , i guess not clining them or dont use mattress protectors at all . It is basic hotel , so we cannot complain as for this price is difficult to find something better

The hotel itself is very clean and well presented. The price is exceptional to include all inclusive. Staff are friendly Food is good and plentiful with a good selection. Location is great bus stop literally outside the hotel. It's also quite near the airport.

The walls in the rooms are very thin. I could hear the guy next door talking and snoring!

Good location, close to the airport, few parking lots near the hotel, many bars,restaurants, supermarkets, other leisure centres, pharmacy and doctor 24h. Very helpful and friendly staff, new menu every day and tasty food.

The beds and especially madras are very old and uncomfortable to sleep. Bathrooms are very old too, needs renovation. Self room is nice and cozy as well as the hotel.

Food all inclusive - very varied, the staff reffiled the food very fast, lots of vegetables, fruits, healthy options. Swimming pool area is nice, we enjoyed a garden with a playground for kids. The most of the staff was very nice, open and helpfull.

Quite noisy during evenings, there were parties with loud music at the entrance area/bar, but we were tired so slept well anyway. Some younger - probably temporary workers weren´t as nice as the "older" staff members.

We really liked our smoky weekend, the children were happy. The staff was extremely friendly and caring, the food was all delicious, the rooms were clean. we were very worried, conda read negative reviews, but the holiday exceeded our expectations.

I agree that neighbors could be loudly, but we prefer to spend our days on the Sea.

I think it's a great value for money, the food was nice, smaller children enjoyed the small playground and the ping-pong. IT is really close to the city and the airport is only 10 minutes by car.

The double bed was a little small for 2 adults and also not very comfortable, it squeaked a little, wasn't that good. The dinner starting at 19,30 is a little late, especially for the kids.
