The staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. They willingly accommodated our request to change our room which was not quite as described. The rooftop area with swimming pool is a real bonus with views over the city and to Mount Teide. This is a good value hotel and although you have a bit of a steep hill to get there it's in a peaceful and good location, you can walk thru the park to town and are away from the main areas where the big hotels are located. Close to bus stops too.

The beds in our first room could have been more comfortable but second room was better. However the rooms are generally comfortable and a reasonable size.

We enjoyed the quiet location with the great view above the bay and the city. Our room had an awesome balcony. Great for a drink in the afternoon. The pool was nice and the staff very friendly, you just had to pass the first second of the conversation. The selection for breakfast was OK for the price with several warm and cold choices, fresh fruits, cereals, eggs, fried vegetables topped with cheese and different pastries. There was nothing to really dislike. To reach the parking spot for the car was an everyday adventure, scary on the first day but then you notice: That was the easy part on Tenerife, driving is different there.

It's a minor complaint, but the safety deposit inside the room was at extra charge... First time I ever saw this happening. Also WiFi wasn't given at check in but only (reluctantly?) after asking several times. The breakfast (Warning! German review = picky!) was not really good. Almost no vegetarian options, had only pork as meat alternatives, only instant Coffe and the bread was... The juice machine was really, really bad though. That said, I've seen a lot worse for a lot more money! It was OK.

the staff is super nice,the lady in the reception and the waiter at morning breakfast made me feel like home,a nice view from the rooftop,and a nice pool,the only thing that was not good had nothing to do with the people working there,the problem can only be solved by the owner

the door at room 312 into the room next door was not good,when the russian couple was there it smelled in my room when they cooked,and one day they made sardines so it all smelled of Old fish my bedlinned and my clothes was stinking,so maybe the owner should put in a brickwall instead of the door,and they were loud because of there drinking

Very nice views from the top floor, with a pool and a handful of sunbeds. Cleaning services offered each day. The room was just as described. There is a nice park just couple minutes away. A big balcony (although no sun reaches it). Big room.

A bit rusty inside the hotel, the towels and bedsheets could be renewed. To reach the hotel by foot takes a bit of effort if you also bring up your groceries/water.

We are satisfied with the hotel, friendly staff, excellent heated pool in which it is wonderful to relax. Cleaned up every day. Not far from the bus stop, great balcony overlooking the ocean. At the reception you can buy food and water, as well as a vending machine with delicious coffee. Great value for money, will probably be back.

We could hear the neighbors, we were lucky the neighbors were not very noisy, it could be worse. Not very comfortable pillows and mattresses.

we were given a stunning view of the ocean and mountains (406). the terrace is magnificent! The room is spacious, excellent bathroom. There is everything for cooking. The magical atmosphere of the island and relaxation!)

All the minor flaws were invisible in the stunning atmosphere of relaxation and nature... The location of the hotel is excellent, but, of course, it is more convenient to get there by your own car. Yes, and... I do not advise feeding the pigeon on the terrace))

The rooms are large with ample storage for our 5 night stay and the balcony was large and had a fantastic sea/ City/ mountain view. The swimming pool area was great to sunbathe in. Superb value for money hotel.

The shower was a little bit dated. It was also a shame that neither the bar or the pool bar opened and that snacks weren't available during the day, as, if they were, we would have used them.

Good location, nice, heated swimming pool, spacious and well equipped room (studio). Very friendly and helpful staff.

No designated parking but anywhere in the nearby streets can park on a first come first serve basis.

Good breakfast, friendly personnel, quiet neighbourhood (at the same time close to the centre) and a beautiful view from the balcony. The room was neat and, had daily cleaning. Comfortable bathroom.

Two joined beds as one double bed is ridiculous. All the time someone fell into the hole between them. Minor problem with parking in the area, I recommend buying parking at the hotel in advance.

maybe bit outdated furniture and could have more kitchen utensils but not a major problem for such budget friendly price
