The price/performance is exceptional. The staff is really nice, the rooms are kept clean and spacious. There is a small hob, microway and fridge in the room, together with cutlery and plates. There is a supermarket located just next to a building and shopping mall about 3min walk. There is a good restaurant just at the entrance. The property is located about 5min walk from the beach. There is large free parking available in the port (nearlighthouse) which is about 15min walk. We brought our bikes inside our room and there were no problems with that.

The wifi is terrible, its basically non existing. The rooms feel a bit outdated, but for the price are ok. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom.

The hotel’s location is very good, close to the beach and good bars and restaurants, but still in a quiet area. The staff were very nice and accommodating. It has parking facilities which you need to pay for but totally worth it because parking in Puerto de la Cruz can be quite tricky. The room was very clean and spacious, would definitely stay there again!

The lighting in the room wasn’t the best and it doesn’t have air conditioner, just a fan in the ceiling, which doesn’t feel particularly cooling.

Very nice to stay at a reasonable price. The hotel may seem a bit old / not highly modern, but it is well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, spacious and probably renovated some time ago. The built-in kitchen space is a big plus—another plus for a clean dish rug and dish sponge. The location is very good, close to the city centre and the beach.

The breakfast is a bit limited. You have to choose one of three menu options and get a prepared portion. A buffet would be much better. However, the food was quite good. It might not be easy to park if you have a car. Eventually, we found some public places that are limited / almost always taken. Wi-Fi worked well in the lobby of our room. There was no connection which nowadays in the internet era is a bit annoying.

The room was very clean and spacious, it even had its own small kitchen. The hotel is very central and close to all the main attractions.

We booked a parking slot, and although I would recommend it, the procedure to do it is messy: I had to wait with the car parked the middle of the road (very small, one lane road) while my travelling partner went to get the key to open the gate. and we would have to repeat this process every time we wanted to take out the car, because apparently there is only one key and you have to take it and give it back to the reception each time.

Excellent location with everything close by, including fantastic swimming pool complex for €5.50 a day. Staff so helpful and got me a hairdryer and a coffee machine for the studio apartment. Good to be able to do my own cooking. Great to have a bath as well as a shower and even a washing line..

Like a lot of Spanish places the door lock was not easy to open. Also at breakfast the tea and coffee was not great, from a machine and always hot milk for the tea!!! The apartment needed a comfy chair or a sofa rather than just the bed.

The location is very central, everything is in walking distance. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette was equipped well and the stove worked well. Everything was clean. A big supermarket is very close by. Powerful fan above the bed to move the air, sufficient to cool down. Overall good value for money. I would stay there again.

The internet was bad, sometimes there was no connection at all for several minutes. In the mornings it was a little bit noisy at times (street cleaning) when sleeping with open windows.

We loved the location and size of the apartment. Staff were very pleasant and the daily room service was good. Bedding and towels were of a good standard.

The kitchen area was not very clean and required us to wipe down surfaces and units. The fridge needs to be replaced and the retainer inside the door was broken. An essential piece of equipment (!!!) namely the bottle opener, was broken but replaced by the reception staff. WiiFi signal was poor in the room .

This would be one of my top recommendations for a cheaper hotel in Puerto. It's the second time I've stayed, the first time was in 2020, both times for work. The location is ideal, 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the old town, the rooms are a decent size and comfortable with lots of light, the bathroom was clean and it's quiet with French doors overlooking a cute little street. The staff on reception are really nice. WiFi works ok, I used Zoom from there without a problem. Comfortable beds (although it does annoy me when hotels push 2 single beds together instead of just giving us a double lol)

Not the greatest swimming pool, but at least it exists, and you're near the beach anyway!

Excelent location. Parking available (advance booking advised). Staff was friendly and helpfull. Kitchenette was suficiently equipped to prepare simple meals. Swiming pool wasn't available due to repairs but they provided an alternative.

The rooms are very basic. The decor is very spartan. It's a good budget option if you're spending most of your time outside.

Actually everything. Staff is really supportive both at reception and restaurant. Breakfasts are good. Swimming pool is nice. Location is good. Miss Astoria so much!

A fact that external visitors are prohibited should be stated clearly in the Hotel info. That is, too large room that you cannot host friend for a glass of wine.
