The room was very clean and very cozy. The position in the city center and also the parking are a big plus. Overall it is a best choice !!!

There are 2 things I didn t like: (1) The cleaning staff are coming to the room way to early, maybe was just a happening but one day was at 10 o clock in the morning and (2) the walls arr a little thin so the noise from the hallway is in your room. But overall it is a very good hotel, I would give 9.5 as a mark, but this is not possible!!! So at the end I belive was the best choice !

Great location, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Lago de Martinez. Staff very helpful with a 24 hour reception. Modern rooms with everything needed for a short stay and exceptionally clean. Although there is no air conditioning the fan provided was very effective. Extremely comfortable beds. They should be commended for the breakfast they offer, there is a choice between continental, Spanish or a healthy option, in addition there is fruit salad and a basket of mini pastries on each table. Also available are yogurts, fruit, preserves, additional pastries/donuts and bread for toast. Coffee, tea and juices are also offered. The pool area has sun beds and tables/chairs available and is again kept very clean.

Wi-Fi is only available in common areas which could be a problem for some (we live in the South of the island so could use our data without issue). The lack of a toilet in the breakfast area was a little inconvenient. Only one pillow per guest, it would be useful to offer additional pillows (placed in wardrobe with the blanket) for those who require them.

I loved everything about this place. The reception staff and the breakfast staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. I could tell it was clean because I didn't get dusty, dirty feet when walking barefoot. The location is perfectly central, there is a good supermarket around the corner and it felt safe. The beds were firm, just how I like them. It was warm in the room but that was to be expected without air-con. The fan helped to keep the room cooler. The bathroom was clean, good shower with plenty of hot water. I didn't use the small kitchen facility but it did look well equipped. This place certainly exceeded my expectations and was great value for money.

Everything was just right. I would have preferred a higher room as my balcony view wasn't great but I was out most of the day anyway.

The location was excellent, the facilites clean and the space roomy. The bathroom had plenty of space for your things, and also the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped, except for the pans that were scratched and unusable.

The system for the parking was a bit awkward - there is garage which is very convenient (you must book a place in advance), but every time you leave/enter, the receptionist has to open the door for you or someone has to get the key for the door, open it and then go back to the reception to return it immediately.

We really enjoyed RF Bambi. Our room was on the 4th floor facing the mountain. A lot of the negative comments I had read and worried about seemed to have been addressed. For example, we were given a Wifi code and had excellent Wifi reception in our room. Our bed was very comfortable (and I am picky about beds being too hard). Our room was quiet at night, and there was a modern, tower fan in the room which kept things nice and cool. We didn't use the pool, but we were told that we had full access to it. Our room had a stocked kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and tea kettle. It's a slightly dated and simple hotel, but overall, really nice for the low price. The lady working at reception is an absolute gem.

Parking is a nightmare around the hotel, so if you have a car, you should absolutely reserve a parking space ($8 euros/day) as soon as you book your room.

It was very clean, and the hosts were polite and amicable. Fabia was always very helpful and the rest of the staff was very nice as well. Our apartment was very tidy and overall great, it was being cleaned every day and we had an amazing balcony, a spacious bathroom and privacy. Everything we needed, including the northern beaches was really close to Bambi, so the location is excellent. The pool that guests can use is very nice and private, too.

Everything was great! We hope to get back!

The room was cute and cozy, had everything needed for self catering and the staff is amazing! Everyone we had to talk to was super helpful and kind and made us feel welcomed❤️ Exceeded our expectations for the price, the location is great, you are somehow in the middle of the 3 closest beaches and you have the supermarket 2 minutes away. Parking is at an affordable price and we advise you to book it in advance. We did not as we read that there are lots of free parking spaces in the area and we thought will just book when we arrive in case we don’t find any free spots. And while there really are a lot of free parking spaces, none of them are empty, parking was a nightmare and unfortunately the hotel only had available spots 3 night out of 7 since we did not preebook. save your time and energy and just book the parking space, as coming from the big parking where there is most likely to find a spot takes about 18 minutes on foot and after a long day of exploring they feel like a lot more than that😅

The mattress seems to have been a great one at its time, but probably due to long usage, it was sagging in the middles of each side making sleep quite uncomfortable.

Solo lady traveller, feel very comfortable, from Checking in to Departure, all the staff were so welcoming, friendly but professional and could not do more to help you.Esperanza Reception made you so welcome as did all if them. The Room Maids totally obliging, have serious back problem they assisted reaching for items in cupboards and taking case up and down on departure. Location perfect, flat for my walking trolley with supermarket so close.

NOTHING - WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A LONGER LENGTH MIRROR.

This was the third time we stayed here, and it definitely won't be the last. This property definitely has everything you need. Plus, it's in a ideal location for our needs. Plus, on this visit, we used the pool area. There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Also we pre booked the parking for our visit. This was well worth the saving of the stress of driving around and around looking for a parking space.

There is nothing at all we didn't like. Everything was really fine. On our three visits, we had different rooms, and every one of them was at the same standards.

Apartment is very beautiful and well located, close to town and beach, at the corner is big market, stuff at the reception is super nice, everything was so clean, we stayed only two nights and they cleaned it after one night, beds are very comfortable, nice big balcony ... It's definitely worth the money.

In description is written that it has parking place, but it doesn't say that you have to pay it 8 eur per day. Anyway, finding a free parking in Puerto de la Cruz is lottery so I advice you to book parking as well in advance.
