The hotel is in a great location, right across from Lago Martianez. A very nice and interesting part of Puerto de la Cruz. The staff is very friendly. The food is very good.

It was impossible to find a sunbed by the pools. Some other H10 hotels with 4 stars (like this hotel) have a much better all inclusive offer. The selection of sweets and cakes could be much better. It would be good if the hotel had a pool with heated water so that it would be possible to swim even when the weather is not good.

The breakfast & dinner were excellent, plenty of choice .All the staff were friendly & helpful. Pool area was very nice ,real sun trap, sometimes difficult to get a lounger The location of the hotel was great, across the prom from the surfers, who were good to watch.

Didn't like our room at all, on the ground floor with bushes outside so when the door was opened flies flew in. It was so dark we had to keep lights on , which didn't make much difference. Would return to hotel but definitely not the front ground floor, only there 3 nights so tolerated it.

compared to some other H10 hotels (e.g. H10 Tindaya from Fuerteventura). One would have expected a better and more diverse selection of food, but it must be noted that the food is tasty and well prepared. The selection of cakes and sweets is particularly weak. The staff is very friendly and cooperative.

Very bad weather in Puerto de la Cruz (beginning of October). Lago Martianez is operating without the main large pool (there is no notice of this anywhere - 5 Oct 22 and it will be like this for the next month). The all inclusive offer in this hotel could be better, especially between meals (some other H10 hotels do it much better).

Very good location. Tasteful dinners, average breakfast. Wifi access. Room size.

I missed olives during dinners. No working terminal for contactless payments. There is not an indoor play area for children when weather is bad.

We stayed in a Privilege Room , giving you extras coffee machine slippers bathrobe, sun loungers saved Privilege lounge access to serving own drinks and no queuing at restaurants amounts other extras.

Maybe due to COVID situation at moment but not enough staff serving drinks in the evening only one some nights taking too long to be served at tables or completely not even coming outside for orders. Privilege lounge closed too early 20.30.

Buffet includes a wide variety of well-prepared dishes. Restaurant staff was always helpful and friendly, despite not communicating in English. While the hotel does not have a parking of its own, you can park at a shoping mall nearby (10min walk from hotel) - for a price of 50eur we got 2 weeks of parking there. At the same mall, there is a supermarket featuring local prices (unlike some other small shops nearby). Location is great if you are looking for an active vacation - plenty of tourist agencies and field trip/activity offers nearby. However if you are looking for nice beaches where you can swim, these are on the other part of the island (easibly reachable by car).

Out of five people who work in the reception, only one speaks English. If it is not her shift, do not expect to get any information or even the most basic stuff communicated with them. You'll have more luck using hand gestures than English. Furthermore, the hotel is simply not answering messages sent via Booking or direct emails. If you need anything in advance, your only chance might be to use the telephone.

Location is perfect as it is at the start of a very large and lovely resort.We were lucky as many hotels here are up a steep road and away from the action. Excellent dance classes, and great aqua classes in pool. Pool too shady tho. Hard to get a bed in the sun without putting towel down early. Acts in the evening were a much higher standard than other hotels we have visited. After we checked out we had use of a bedroom for half an hour so we cd get changed etc A nice touch.

Smell of drains in some rooms but ask to change.. Seems to be a problem in town generally.Brought our own kettle etc which was great as none provided. Reception staff very brusque. Bathrooms need updating.

Veryveryvery good place! Location perfect, staff very helpful, nice, smiling, suggesting what to see and where to go, solving every small thing! Room clean and comfortable! Pool and daily activities are great! Every evening show with great performances! Best place!

If you want to workout in gym then here it is one room only with few things in it. But there is a good gym 10 min from hotel which you can use, so not a big minus :)

Very friendly service in the restaurant, bars and reception. All inclusive option worth the price. Very good quality food and fresh. The cocktails in the bar are excellent! One of the best location in Puerto de La Cruz! The view from the restaurant was stunning. Great that you can also eat on the terrace with a wonderful view of the ocean and the bay. This was our second visit to Puerto and it was again wonderful, we love this town.

The rooms, especially the bathrooms, need renovation. Air conditioning is not working properly. The best are rooms on the upper floors facing the street or promenade. Unclear rules at the hotel pool - a ban on booking sunbeds, but most of them were booked even before breakfast.
