Room and bathroom were Morden and clean. Great pool and gym facilities. The food was great and the restaurant was clean. Staff were friendly.

There was no air conditioning, had to pay extra for room with fridge, and had to rent the save. Fridge and air conditioning are essential because of hot weather. Needs at least bedside rags or carpet that can be well maintained and kept clean. The problem was that to turn the sockets on, we had to leave the light on, too. There was no option to dim the lights. I tried to operate the TV but didn't work and I didn't bother to ask for help.

Breakfast very good. Great choice. Good location. Bus station minutes away.

The staff had an excellent attention, always cordial and welcoming. The service overall was 5 starts from the reception to the restaurant waiters. Also the area is very close to amenities, the beach and restaurants. And Parque Loro if you plan to get there

The beds and mattresses quality. Initially it took a couple of days to get a broken bed replaced, but eventually got a new bed. however the mattresses were not very confortable and they were broken. Also the WIFI was terribly slow, 0.5Mbps average. Unusable to any media streaming. And finally there was not air conditioning in our room, however as it was April we were okay by just opening the windows

I can´t express enough how good the whole stay at the hotel was. Starting the first day before our arrival when we received the e-mail whether we would like to have the cold dinner prepared in our room (we arrived after midnight), continuing with very kind staff, clean and quiet room and very good breakfast and dinner. If we come back to this beautiful city, we will FOR SURE stay at this hotel again!

The mattresses were little too soft (but this is only minor thing that didnt bother us at all).

I found the hotel to be a welcoming, efficiently run hotel. The rooms were spacious, light and very comfortable and clean.aBreakfasts were amazing, every possible choice available. The hotel has attractive planted and seating areas around a lovely pool, but not heated so needs to be warmer weather for swimming. Location is excellent, just a short walk into the old town with lots of great places to eat there and some nearer the hotel. You can also eat evening meals at the hotel. Bus station is very nearby so easy to get about without a car. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great breakfast, lovely and not crowded pool. We had a sunny balcony facing the cemetery of the British Church, and also a bit of sea view. Hotel is situated centrally close to the bus station and Plaza del Charco. No need to climb hills if you do not wish to.

Some things were like we are used to see in Tenerife: cleaning of the rooms could be better and the shower had very little water pressure. There were construction sites around the hotel and the noise disturbed us when wanting to sleep late. The hotel can not influence this though.

Beautiful hotel close to the central bus station and a short walk into the centre of town. Modern well appointed rooms with outdoor space. Excellent facilities - attractive outdoor pool and sun bathing area with beds and umbrellas, generous dining space and outdoor bar area. We had half board and found the food selection to be wide and generous. The refrigerator in the room was a bonus.

The walk in shower had drainage issues i.e. the water did tend to flow out into the rest of the bathroom.

The location of San Borondon is very central but still the area is quiet and you get to sleep well. Nearby there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Also the bus station is close, so it's easy to use the excellent bus service of Tenerife. The hotel itself is pretty and the rooms are nice size. The pool area is peaceful. We have stayed in San Borondon now five times and will return again.

The breakfast is good, but variation every couple of days would make it even better. The fridge in the rooms should be made available to use without any additional cost.

Great location of the facility. Everything nearby. Upon arrival we found a clean room and also during our stay it was cleaned daily. The breakfasts were certainly varied. Despite the fact that we stayed in the facility for a short time due to the planned sightseeing from morning to evening, we have very good memories also thanks to the friendly service throughout the facility :)

This hotel is an absolute gem. The style and location is perfect and within walking distance of an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops etc. The ambiance of the hotel was fabulous and coupled with the calming decor and decorative greenery, this hotel exceeded our expectations for a relaxing holiday. Our room was perfect with a very comfortable bed and we had our own little terrace. We chose the bed and breakfast option and were not disappointed with the variety of food to choose from each morning. We were supplied with a breakfast-to-go on our final morning as we were leaving at 6:00a.m., which was very much appreciated. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive responding to requests and queries in a very efficient manner. There is an extremely high standard of cleanliness at this hotel with daily maid service. The pool and pool area were beautiful providing many hours of tranquility, with the pool bar and seating area providing snacks and refreshments. We also tried the sauna as there was one on site which was quite refreshing. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at RF San Borondon which was so reasonably priced for the quality and standard provided.

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer.
