The location is absolutely perfect, right around the corner from the bus station and in the middle of all the restaurants and bars. There is a nice coffee shop just around the corner.

The pool is very deserted, there are no umbrellas and the pool is rather small, there also no pool bar. Not a nice pool to hung out.

The location is brilliant very central in Puerto De La Cruz so great for getting around and the buses for the island are very well run so very easy to get around further out of town. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast on one of the days and there was a good selection. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

We stayed in a room with a balcony with no view which we found out means a 1 foot deep balcony so you can’t sit out on it but it was still good to have for drying towels and swimwear etc. The rooftop pool is very small but still nice to have for a morning dip and there is plenty of sun loungers on the roof too.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, there was a great variety of food, it was more like nutritious branch. The location was perfect, right in the city centre, perfect for enjoying evening walks in this beautiful old town.. Room was spacious, the beds comfortable, minibar could be used for cooling water bottles. Dish with fresh fruit and water bottle was supplied by the hotel, as well as two plates with cutlery that can be used for eating snacks.

one night there was a noice from outside, some shouting people were sitting in a nearby restaurant, making noice until 1am. The hotel unfortunately could not influence this.

The staff were very friendly, especially the woman who works in the breakfast hall in the morning. The room was comfortable and quiet. I didn't expect anything spectacular for the price you pay. Good value for money! We only stayed for 1 night and will probably go back when we go to the north of the island as the location is just perfect.

The only thing i would say is that the breakfast needs to be kept hot. There was a great selection of food but everything was freezing cold.. Who wants cold beans?? ? They need to put the hot food on some hot plates or something. But i ate what i could and it was tasty and good coffee too 😊

Marte is a nice and clean hotel close to "everything" in Puerto de la Cruz. When making the reservation there were only single rooms available, but upon arrival I payed a little extra and got a double room on the 4th floor. Had a nice view to Teide from the balcony and a glimpse of the sea as well. Was soooo looking forward to stay there for a week, but the third evening I got a less pleasant surprise when coming "home"... The electricity in my room did not work anymore, and a leakage in the bathroom caused a "pool" on the floor. Had to spend the night in another room (on the 3rd floor), and the next morning I had to move to that room for the rest of my stay. The following day the "boss" had left fruits, water and a bottle of cava in my new room as a "compensation" for the inconvenience, and that was most appreciated, of course! All in all the front desk staff was very helpful and service minded,- Keyla in particular.

The breakfast buffet was quite ok, but I missed fresh pineapple and melons,- and porridge! There should be a (tall) mirror in all the rooms. My first room just had a mirror in the bathroom. Besides it would be nice to have a small kettle (but as it was not provided I brought my own...) Otherwise I missed having a towel rack on the balcony.

Great location! - close to bus station, Carnival events, restaurants bars and beach with the advantage of being peaceful too for sleeping and relaxing by the pool.Great view of the mountains and sea from our room and the rooftop views by the pool are wonderful. Lovely touches like fruit and water in our room on arrival. Amazing breakfast- so much choice! The staff were SO lovely and helpful. In particular the Woman working in the breakfast room.She noticed I have mobility issues and immediately helped me. She was really friendly and efficient- a credit to the hotel.

Hotel is positioned very well, few minutes from bus station if , you want to explore the island, few minutes walking from the shopping zone and 15 minutes from the beaches. It has small rooftop pool and a lot of space for sunbathing. Room we had was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is great, varied and you can et well. Staff is super kind and helpful. I would consider staying there again without any doubts.

The staff was extremely helpful and even handed me a kettle to have tea in the room. The shower was excellent with water pressure and temperature. The Wifi was fast and efficient. The breakfast was copious and varied (sweet and savoury).

There's unfortunately no ground floor lift. In case people have heavy luggage it could be tricky, especially travelling alone. That being said, the staff helped with my luggage, so there's always a way.

Convenient location, close to the centrum and near the bus terminal. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room was fragile, had to go out closer to the lobby for frequent reconnection. Signal amplifiers should be installed in more remote rooms. The walls of the rooms are thin, and noise from the street disturbs sleep at night. The breakfast was good, but in 8 days the menu did not change at all.

Great hotel for this good price, location was perfect! Breakfast was above average, good variety. They had large rooftop with seats and tables plus there is possible to use pool all the year.

Room for one person located on the lowest floor and only one window which was at the backyard where was hotel's other three walls really near and no sunlight in the room.
